Volumes non montés automatiquement
Bonjour,
je suis sous hoary (fraîchement installée) et tout allait bien jusqu'à il y a qq jours, au moment où ma ubuntu n'a plus voulu monter automatiquement les volumes que j'insère à chaud, que ce soit cd-rom, cdr ou clés usb. gnome-volume-manager est bien configuré et lancé, les démons hald, udevd et dbus tournent aussi.
Je ne comprends pas ce qu'il s'est passé ? Savez-vous comment résoudre ce "bug" ?
Pour info j'ai rajouté les paquets de universe et multiverse.

Tu n'aurais pas changé d'utilisateur dans l'intervalle ? Les nouveaux utilisateurs créés ont beaucoups moins de droits que l'utilisateur créé lors de l'installation...( le droit de découvrir les périph à chaud est conditionné par l'appartenance à un groupe dont je ne sais plus le nom...)

Non, je suis bien sous l'utilisateur créé lors de l'installation et j'appartiens bien à tous les groupes nécessaires : plugdev, cdrom, ... Le montage à chaud ne fonctionne pas non plus pour les autres users du système

il faudrait regarder comment évoluent les logs systemes quand vous insérez un volume:

J'avais le même problème que toi et c'est en cherchant sur les forums que je suis tombé sur ta question.
Par contre, j'ai une solution à proposer qui a marché pour moi.
En fait, gnome-volume-manager n'était pas lancé au démarrage de ma session gnome.
Je l'ai donc lancé à la main et j'ai enregistré ma session gnome en quittant. Depuis ca fonctionne 
Par contre, je n'ai pas trouvé pas d'autres solutions pour le démarrage automatique de volume-manager.
