[Resolu] Encore un probleme Xgl :(:(

Bonjour tous le monde.

Avant tout, je tiens a preciser que sa fait 2 semaines que je lutte et que j'ai du voir tous les sujets du fofo a ce sujet ^^.

Enfaite je n'arrive desesperament pas a installer l'interface Xgl sad:(.

J'ai vu tellement de poste qui disai une façon differente de faire (et aucune n'a marchée :s) que je commence a déséspérer.

Tout d'abord ma config :

Laptop Asus serie A6000
Carte graphique Ati mobility X 700 (:X)
centrino et tout et tout.

Tout d'abord j'avai essayé avec compiz, mais vu qu'apparament des dépots ne sont plus dispos j'ai essayé sous beryl.

Et sous beryl, je n'ai pas reussi non plu.

J'avoue que je commence un peu a desesprer.

Si vous avez une façon de faire qui ne renvoi pas a 50 posts je suis preneur parce que je suis très très très embrouillé.

Ton xorg.conf ? Ton output de "glxinfo | grep rendering" ?

Yop dsl de l'attente.

Alors enfaite j'vai reinstaller la dapper la donc elle etait toute propre (vu les depots de compiz que j'avai un peu partout sa a pas fait de mal).

J'ai retenté un tuto beryl et sa m'a crashé mon server X. (ce tuto la http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/applications/b … cartes_ati)

Donc j'ai remodifier mon xorg.conf pour ravoir mon interface graphique.

je balance mon xorg.conf :

Donc evidament dans Section "Device", y a plu que le stric minimum.

Donc mon probleme est au tout debut sad

Je précise que je suis vraiment débutant débutant sous linux donc désolé d'etre un peu long ala detente.

Sinon pour glxinfo | grep rendering :

pead@peadlaptop:~$ glxinfo | grep rendering
direct rendering: Yes

sa c'est tout bon (c'est deja sa)

Ouaip, ajoute ça à la fin de ton xorg.conf:

Perso j'ai aussi un portable centrino avec une ati x700, chez moi ça marche sans soucis

j'ai suivi ce tuto la (pour gnome): http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/applications/xgl/gnome
pour kde: http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/applications/dapper/kde/beryl
