[RESOLU] Résolution 1280x800 au lieu de ma 1440x900

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai fais des recherches sur le forum, et je n'ai rien trouvé qui corresponde vraiment à mon problème. Ou bien j'ai mal chercher, et dans ce cas je m'en excuse d'avance.

Explication: J'ai installé Kubuntu sans soucis et après installation, j'avais ma résolution de 1440x900 reconnue d'office. Ensuite j'ai installé les drivers Nvidia (parce que je joue à Wow) et je n'ai pa eux de problème. Si ce n'est que maintenant, ma résolution de 1440 est passée à une 1280x800 comme résolution maximum.

Solution: Je ne sais pas , mais je compte sur vous pour m'aider. big_smile

si ca peut t'aider, un extrait de mon fichier XF86Config-4 (c la meme syntaxe utilisée dans
xorg.conf) :

je suppose qu'en modifiant "1024x768" par ta résolution d'écran, ca devrait fonctionner.

c'est gentil, mais non, parce que comme tu ne l'as sans doute pas vu, ma résolution dans ma xordg.conf est déjà de 1440, mais il ne me propose pas cette résolution.

oups ... dans ce cas je ne vois pas. Essaie de sauvegarder ton xorg.conf qq part,
puis de lancer un "X -configure" ou un "xorgconfig" pour voir ce que ca donne.
Etrange en tout cas yikes

autre chose : je crois avoir lu quelque part que nvidia recommande de commenter
le dri et glcore quand on utilise son driver. Donc j'ai :

Si tu as un pavilion zd etc suis mon site et prends mon fichier xorg.conf dans la rubrique téléchargement (si tu veux pas t'inscrire tapes xorg.conf dans la recherche).

Tu n'auras qu'a copier coller les modes et autres lignes de la section screen

(je suis moi aussi sur 1440*900 et me suis un peu galéré opur trouver les réglages)

J'ai testé ton fichier, mais ca ne fonctionne pas malgré le fait que j'ai changé les nom des périférique. J'essayerai de regarder ça ce week-end avec un copain qui s'y connait pas mal en linux, je vous tiens au courant

voilà, le problème est résolu, c'était un problème avec le règlage du modeline dans la section "monitor".
je vous poste mon xorg.conf, ca peux peut-etre servir a d'autre.
