problème de validation de clés d'authentification pour apt

Bonjour,
J'ai un problème de validation de clés d'authentification; quand j'essaie une mise à jour manuelle de ces clés, j'ai le message suivant:

$ sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 51716619E084DAB9

Il semble que le serveur de clés me refuse l'accès.
Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution à ce problème qui bloque la mise à jour de certains paquets.

J'ai essayé; ça ne marche pas; j'obtiens toujours le message suivant en tentant d'accéder au serveur de clés à l'adresse :
http://keyserver.ubuntu.com:11371/

Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: "Connection refused"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

Quelqu'un sait-il s'il existe un serveur miroir du serveur de clés ?

Tout d'abord, merci de ton aide.

Oui; il est connecté via un serveur proxy; adresse : 195.xxx.xxx.xxx:3128 (comme c'est un centre de recherche, je préfère ne pas divulguer l'adresse); j'ai configuré ce proxy dans les options générales d'ubuntu (menu : systeme/preferences/serveur mandataire); je ne pourrais pas accéder à l'internet sans cela.
Ma version d'ubuntu = natty narwhal (11.04).
J'aimerais tester les ports ouverts: quel outil me conseilles-tu ?

C'est donc normal que tu n'arrives pas à télécharger les clefs d'authentification en ligne de commandes. En tout cas, je pense.

Pour le vérifier, donne moi le résultat de cette commande :

sudo apt-get update

E: Le téléchargement de quelques fichiers d'index a échoué, ils ont été ignorés, ou les anciens ont été utilisés à la place.

Précision:
le lien que tu m'avais fourni donne la clé de Michael Rutter; je l'ai sauvée dans un fichier et importée comme indiqué; ça a marché, sauf que la signature est déclarée non valide à l'issue de la commande :
sudo apt-get update

As-tu une idée pour bypasser la limitation du proxy ?

Pour passer le proxy, dans tout les cas et en lignes de commandes, il faut modifier wgetrc et créer apt.conf

1/ wgetrc

gksu gedit /etc/wgetrc

Modifier les lignes suivantes en fonction de tes paramètres :
Enlever le commentaire (le #) de

passive_ftp = on

# You can set the default proxies for Wget to use for http, https, and ftp.
https_proxy = http://adresse_proxy:n°_port/
http_proxy = http://adresse_proxy:n°_port/
ftp_proxy = http://adresse_proxy:n°_port/
# They will override the value in the environment.

# If you do not want to use proxy at all, set this to off.
use_proxy = on

Il faut aussi décommenter les lignes correspondantes. Si tu as un compte et un mot de passe à utiliser, il faut les ajouter avant l'adresse ou le nom du proxy.

2/ apt.conf

gksu gedit /etc/apt/apt.conf

Acquire::http::Proxy "http://adresse_proxy:n°_port";

salut a tous meme probleme hier enfin depuis 10 jours ( resolu ) !!!!   gestionnaire de mises a jour / parametres / authentification / restaurer les clefs par defaults / toujours dans le gestionnaire / logiciels ubuntu /selectinner SERVEUR PRINCIPAL / si echec selectionner / AUTRES/ et clic sur choisir le meilleur serveur .  de mon cote sa roules !!!!!  en esperant t'avoir aide a plus !!!!

J'ai résolu une partie de mon problème (en fait le plus critique, concernant R) en décommentant cette ligne.
Je n'ai plus que ce problème:

et lorsque j'essaie de corriger le problème manuellement par la commande ci-dessous, j'obtiens le message qui suit:

Il semble que le blocage du proxy ait été levé; mais que les clés ne soient pas trouvées;
Pour l'instant ça n'impacte que le package screenlets; pas vraiment important; mais je ne sais pas quels sont les autres logiciels impactés.

Y a t'il un moyen de savoir à que package correspondent ces clés ?
Si le package n'est pas important, je considérerait le problème comme résolu.

Sur les pages ou tu les as récupéré, doit être indiqué comment ajouter les clefs d'authentification.

Une petite question complémentaire: comment accède-t'on à la page de chaque logiciel pour récupérer sa clé ?
Par le passé, j'y suis arrivé par hasard, où via un lien; mais lorsque j'interroge la page d'accueil sur le nom d'un logiciel, j'accède à sa page, mais il n'y apparaît aucun lien vers sa clé de validation. C'est beaucoup la galère pour finir par la trouver, et le plus souvent complètement hasardeux; j'aimerais bien avoir une méthode fiable pour y arriver, et éviter de perdre du temps pour trouver ce qui devrait être accessible de manière évidente.
