Problème de fréquence de rafraichissement

Salut,

Je suis passé à edgy sur mon PC secondaire (GeForce2 MX 440) et j'en ai profité pour installer le driver 9631 pour avoir beryl et les effets 3D.

J'ai toujours la sortie TV qui fonctionne (dual head) mais par contre, sur mon écran plat (17'), l'image est affreuse, ça fait vraiment mal aux yeux. Le problème vient sûrement de la fréquence de rafraîchissement.

Quand je fais Système/Préférences/Résolution de l'écran, j'ai le choix entre 50Mhz et 54Mhz. Je ne sais pas trop le quel est le pire/meilleur hmm

Quand je lance Applications/Outils Système/NVIDIA X Server Settings, j'ai le choix entre 60 et 75Mhz. Quand je sélectionne 60Mhz, ensuite dans Système/Préférences/Résolution de l'écran j'ai 91Mhz sélectionné et ça fait toujours mal aux yeux.

Quand je sélectionne 75Mhz dans NVIDIA X Server Settings, c'est un peu moins pire mais ça fait toujours mal aux yeux.

Comment faire pour avoir un fréquence de rafraichissement optimale ?
