Probleme d'update apt

Bonjour,

Lorque je fais : apt-get update
j'obtiens : 99% [Attente des fichiers d'en tête]
Cela fait plusieurs jours, que j'essaye de mettre la liste.

les dépôts PLF n'existent plus et sont remplacés par les dépôts medibuntu.
