Bonsoir,
J'aimerai installé Firefox 2.0.0.2 . J'ai récupéré l'archive et je l'ai décompressé.
En allant sur ce site: http://lea-linux.org/cached/index/Softw … mpil.html# j'ai essayé de l'installé mais rien ne fonctionne.
Et plus largement je me perd dans les
dpkg / apt-get / make / make install
Pouvez vous me dire quand utiliser l'un et l'autre.
Pour le moment j'utilise synaptic mais j'aimerai aller un peu plus loin .

Salut
Firefox ne s'installe pas.
Tu lances directement le programme en tappant
./firefox
(je crois que c'est celui la, sinon, regarde le README)
sudo apt-get replace langage_sms by grammaire orthographe ponctuation
La documentation est avant tout faite pour ceux qui posent les questions, et non ceux qui y répondent

apt-get :
Système de récupération de paquets (il est utilisé par synaptic), qui vérifie les dépendances sur Internet. Une fois qu'il a le paquet, il le passe à dpkg
dpkg :
Il installe le paquet
make et make install (en fait, c'est la meme chose)
make va chercher des instructions à faire dans un fichier makefile.Par convention (mais on peut faire comme on veut)
make compile le programme à partir des sources
make install copie les fichiers compilés dans des dossiers adéquats.
Souvent, il y a a côté un fichier configure pour adapter le programme a ton ordi.
