salut à tous,

j'ai installé Neverwinter Night sur ubuntu grace au tuto disponible dans la doc, et ca marchait impeccable.

Mais aujourd'hui, dès que je lance le jeu, il lague un coup, m'affiche "Error", des fois il me lance un son, et puis une nouvelle invite arrive sur la console.

Peut être cela vient-il d'une des mises à jours que j'ai faites aujourd'hui, mais je n'en sais rien.

J'ai essayé de le réinstaller plusieurs fois mais sans succés.

Si l'ombre d'une solution se profile dans votre esprits, n'hésitez pas wink

il faut absolument que j'en profite pendant les vacances...après il sera trop tard mad

existe-t-il un moyen de remettre d'ancienne mise à jour quand c'est fait à partir du terminal ??
j'ai vu qu'il y a un historique avec synaptic, mais je ne vois rien de tel avec la ligne de commande.

si le pb vient de là, il sera résolu (enfin, j'espère)

non sauf quand je cherche à changer la librairie dens le nwn
erreur qui disparait qd je remets tt à la normale

néanmoins comme je suis pas un pro d'ubuntu, il doit exister des commandes qui permettent d'afficher les erreurs, auquel cas, indiquez moi ces commandes.

C'est pour vérifié que tu as bien l'accélération graphique. Il y a eu une MAJ du noyau il y a quelques temps.

l'erreur doit venir de là:
dès que je tape glxinfo, la session redémarre, et j'ai eu le même pb lorsque je compilais un programme avec OpenGL (les 2 doivent être liés)

donc le pb viens de l'accélération 3D, mais vu que la j'ai pas internet, ya possibilité de revenir en arrière?? je dois pouvoir forcer l'installation d'une vieille version d'un paquet si j'en connais le nom...
donc si tu sais le nom du paquet concerné...

Tu as une ATI ou une NVIDIA?
ATI je ne connais pas du tout. Pour NVIDIA il y a des paquets pour les drivers libres et un paquet en .deb pour les drivers proprio, téléchargeable et installable en suivant ce tuto.
Tu dois bien avoir internet pour poster?
Donc si ta carte le supporte je te conseille les drivers proprio. Comme ça tu récupères le paquet, tu le transferts sur ta Ubuntu et le tu l'installes.

Sinon pour les paquets dispo dans les dépots (les drivers libres) les paquets pour Edgy sont :
nvidia-glx
et les restricted-modules-2.6.11-17-generic (enfin selon ton noyau)

Par contre si tu as une ATI je te laisse chercher dans la doc parce-que là je n'y connais que dalle.

PS : et si tu veux un bon serveur à l'ancienne où la difficulté prime sur le grosbillisme je te conseil MoPa (Monde Parallèle) dans la section action. Il est malheureusement souvent déserté ces derniers temps mais ça reste un super serveur.
