Probleme connexion Neufbox avec le Wifi

Bonjour

J'ai essayé de configurer ma connexion internet sur ma neufbox avec une carte wifi en utilisant la méthode MODEM ADSL SpeedStream 5200 - Configurer sa connexion Internet Sympatico.ca
du site et ca ne marche pas en revanche j'ai essayé de la configurer avec l'ethernet et ça marche. Quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider à configurer mon PC ???

je veux bien .
Ta carte wifi est reconnu du style (etho ou wlan0 selon ta carte) ?
que donne la commande ifconfig et iwconfig(eth0 ou wlan0 selon ta carte) ?

si tu ne détailles pas plus , on ne va pas aller loin

tu te connectes en ip fixe ou dhcp ?

que donne les commandes ds un terminal:
ifconfig xxxx(remplace x par ta carte)
iwconfig xxxx (remplace x par ta carte)
copie les resultats ici.

tout me semble ok.
je pencherai pour un probleme de dns
fais un

iwlist wlan0 scan

pour voir si il trouve ta neufbox.
tu es connecté en infrastructure , c'est a dire du pc vers neufbox qui fait office de routeur?
essais de renseigner les dns de ton fai ds la config .

En fait moi j'ai juste un modem qui fonctionne en wifi donc pas d'adresse ip ni d'interface web

si tu es en static avec eth0 pourquoi tu te mets en dhcp avec wlan0 ?
Fais pareil , met toi en static avec wifi ... et commente avec # auto eth0

Jai essayé d'apporter les modification, sans scuccès.

je pense que cela vient du nom "wlan0" le message est clair :

sudo pon dsl-provider
Plugin rp-pppoe.so loaded.
/usr/sbin/pppd: In file /etc/ppp/peers/dsl-provider: unrecognized option 'wlan0'

le probleme cet que je ne sais pas comment résoudre ca. A mon avis il faudrai trouvé comment renomer "wlan0" en "eth1"

voici la méthode :

il faut dans un premier temps installer VMware Workstation et installer window
puis telecharger le patch neuf pour tranformer la neufbox en routeur.

enfin il faut activer la carte wifi en DHCP

et cest tout

Est-ce tu pourrais décrire comment tu as reussi à le faire marcher, d'un manière plus précis...

Je suis newbi en ubuntu...et j'ai aussi la neuf box...

J'ai trouve où le VMware Workstation; et qu'est-ce que tu veux dire par window, et le patch où tu l'a trouvé?
