Pas de soucis,
Le sources.list contient les sources fournis par Canonical, il contient notamment :
- les Depôts officiels
- les Depôts des partenaires
- les Backports
- ... j'en oublie surement
la doc sera certainement plus complete a ce sujet.
Les depots du type PPA, sans doute pour ne pas polluer cette list la sont places dans le dossier /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ chacun avec un nom de fichier en rapport avec le nom du ppa.
Le fichier que je t'ai propose plus haut etait pour s'assurer qu'il n'y a pas de sources.list pollue par des depots autres que ceux qui sont censes s'y trouver.
De toutes facons , je pense que tu dois garder tes fichiers actuels quelle que soit la manipulation que tu decides de faire (du moins jusqu'a ce que tu trouve une solution), cree une copie avec l'extension back_up, comme ca au pire si ca ne marche pas tu pourras toujours revenir en arriere avec cette solution.
Qu'as-tu fais pour parametrer ton wifi ? Est-ce un ppa ?
Si oui, peux-tu mettre le contenu du ppa ?
Si non, peux-tu mettre le contenu des ppa contenant gutsy et karmic ?

Merci pour tes explications. J'ai fait un fichier backup, mais de toute façon je n'arrive pas à modifier le source.list pour copier le tiens(je ne pas pas comment me donner le droit d'écriture dessus).
Pour le wifi je ne sais pas vraiment ce que j'ai fais 
, j'ai suivi les conseils que l'on m'a donné sur un autre topic, mais avant j'ai testé pas mal d'autres solutions avant alors c'est peut être pas bien propre. Je te met le contenu du source.list pour que tu puisse juger :

Bon j'ai plus de precisions sur le sujet :
Tes sources Gutsy (qui sont en fait dans /etc/apt/sources.list) font reference a avant-window-navigateur , ton dock, qui ne devait sans doute pas etre pris en charge (du moins pas completemen) sous Gutsy, je pense que ca ne posera pas de soucis si tu l'enleves etant donne que les sources de precise prennent en charge ses paquets.
Les paquets Karmic sont les paquets officiels et doivent etre normalement pris en charge par Precise, la encore, je pense que ca ne posera pas de soucis si tu les enleves. Ils doivent etre le resultats des precedentes versions ou des manipulations que tu as faites avant d'appliquer la solution de chibbata.
Pour modifier le fichier, tu dois avoir les permissions root (ou super utilisateur), on peut les obtenir de 2 manieres differentes au moins : sudo et gksu
Sudo sert pour les applications en console.
Gksu sert pour les applications graphiques.
en fait tu peux les utiliser pour les deux mais il est conseille de garder cette maniere de faire.
Donc pour ouvrir ton fichier avec les droits root, tu ouvres un terminal et tu tapes :
gksu leafpad /etc/apt/sources.listet la tu pourras l'editer et le sauvegarder.
En principe ca ne devrait pas affecter la solution de chibbata

Le probleme qui se pose c'est que appmenu-gtk2 n'est plus disponible dans les sources, j'ai trouve appmenu-gtk et appmenu-gtk3 et meme indicator-appmenu-gtk2 mais apparemment ca ne fonctionne pas :s
Je vais m'absenter un moment mais je vais essayer plus tard d'inserer le paquet d'une version precedente et voir si ca ne cree pas beaucoup de conflit; ou alors essayer de repaquager le .deb avec cette dependance en moins mais ca je ne suis pas sur que ca marche :s. Je pense tout de meme que ca reste faisable etant donne que le ppa a bien une version pour precise mais sans doute faut-il faire quelques manipulations.
Je te tiens au courant quoi qu'il en soit.

Bon, je viens aux nouvelles, alors j'ai essayer encore ce matin et malheureusement je n'y suis pas arrive :s , j'espere que quelqu'un saura repondre a ton probleme.
Alors bon j'explique ce que j'ai fait jusqu'a present :
J'ai suivi un tutoriel trouve sur open-desktop pour regler ce soucis de xfce4-appmenu-plugin qui consiste principalement a creer son propre .deb et l'installer.
Tout d'abord, il faut telechager quelques paquets :
sudo apt-get install intltool checkinstall git libclxclient3 libclxclient-dev gtk+=2.0 libxfce4util-dev xfce4-panel-dev libwnck-3-dev libwnck1.0-cil-dev libxfconf-0-devIl faut egalement (re)definir certaines variables d'environnement , pour cela il faut editer le fichier ~/.bashrc et ajouter ces deux lignes a la fin :
PKG_CONFIG=pkg-config
PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib/pkgconfig/Ensuite il suffit de suivre les instructions, a savoir :
1 - Telecharger le tar.gz
2 - Compiler
./configure --libexecdir=/usr/lib/xfce4-indicator-plugin/ --prefix=/usr 3 - Creer le .deb
sudo checkinstall --pkgname=xfce4-appmenu-plugin --pkgversion=0.25-betaLe paquet s'installe bien mais mais a l'execution j'obtiens :
