[RESOLU] Asus X200MA sous Ubuntu 12.04 LTS : bug avec la luminosité

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai vu que beaucoup de messages avaient été postés à propos de la luminosité. Comme beaucoup, sur mon asus les touches FN et luminosité ne fonctionnent pas. Le réglage dans les paramètres ne change rien non plus, pas plus que l'installation de BrightnessIndicator ou Xcaliber ou Xbacklight dans le Terminal. Remplacer les paramètres du Grub comme suit :
"GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash" -> "GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi_osi=Linux"
ne m'a pas aidée non plus.

Je ne sais plus quoi faire, cette luminosité max m'explose les yeux et en plus, ça va tirer à fond sur la batterie...

J'ai eu le me problème avec un Asus X200"...je sais pas quoi...".
J'ai du aller éditer le répertoire : /sys/class/backlight/"ton_chipset_graphique"/brightness

D'accord merci, mais je suis censée faire quoi? Si je veux modifier le fichier "brightness" en le passant par exemple de 100 à 50, je ne peux pas parce que je n'ai pas l'accès.. Il faut passer par le Terminal ?

Oui tu ouvres ton terminal, tu te mes en mode root.
Ensuite regardes le fichier max_brightness et tu n'as plus qu'à faire un  :

echo "la valeur de max_brightness" > brightness

Pour que ça soit pris en compte au démarrage il faut ajouter la commande dans le fichier /etc/rc.local

Euhhh... Désolée mais je suis novice... en gros je sais aller dans le Terminal (même en sudo) pour des trucs basiques mais là je ne vois pas ce que je dois faire.. Quelle commande je dois taper ? Et après comment est-ce que "j'ajoute la commande" dans le fichier que tu m'as dit ?

1) Tu ouvres ton emulateur de terminal
2) sudo su    # il faut passer en root pour éditer le répertoire /sys
3) cd /sys/class/backlight
4) ls -l
# Mon répertoire ressemble à ceci, mas le tiens sera différent, on a pas le même matériel.

7) Les deux fichier qui nous intéresse sont max_brightness et brightness.

9) Comme tu le vois je suis au max, si je veux réduire la luminosité, j'utilise l'instruction echo avec un opérateur de redirection.

echo 3000 > brightness

Essayes cela normalement ça doit fonctionner. Il est possible que tu es plus de deux répertoire, dans ce cas là essayes les deux.

Merci INFINIMENT !! Pour ta patience et pour ton aide !! Ca y est j'ai enfin un écran regardable plus de 5 mn smile Bon la manip' est un peu compliquée pour augmenter ou diminuer "rapidement" mais au moins ça marche.

Si tu veux que cela soit fait a chaque redémarrage il faut mettre la ligne,

echo 3000 > /sys/class/backlight/intel_backlight/brightness

dans le fichier /etc/rc.local  avant exit 0.
Et enlever les options "acpi_osi=Linux acpi_backlight=vendor" des paramètres du noyau.

J'ai vu un script ben pratique sur le fofo archlinux, je vais éssayé de le retrouver.
