OK,

ii  grub-pc                       2.02-2ubuntu8.9     amd64               GRand Unified Bootloader, version 2 (PC/BIOS version)
ii  grub-pc-bin                   2.02-2ubuntu8.9     amd64               GRand Unified Bootloader, version 2 (PC/BIOS binaries)

grub-pc installé dans un Ubuntu en mode efi ce n'est pas normal donc tu fais :

sudo apt purge grub-pc

suivi d'un

sudo apt autoremove --purge

J'attends les résultats de ces commandes pour te donner la suite des opérations.

E: Impossible de verrouiller le répertoire d'administration (/var/lib/dpkg/). Il est possible qu'un autre processus l'utilise.

Ce sont ces stupidités de tâches de mise à jour du système en arrière-plan qui posent problème.
Donne :

ls -l /var/lib/dpkg/lock*

Je vois que apt se mord la queue.

Normalement c'est le paquet grub-efi qui aurait dû être installé au lieu de grub-pc + un mix de grub-efi-amd64 et grub-efi-amd64-signed.

Ce qui est  étrange est que grub-efi-amd64 est configuré et pas grub-efi-amd64-signed.

Tente de virer grub-efi-amd64-signed.

sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock*
sudo apt purge grub-efi-amd64-signed

Je ne suis pas certain qu'il soit possible de supprimer un paquet non configuré.

Bonjour,
J'ai trouvé cette page très intéressante : https://github.com/rhboot/efibootmgr/issues/91
On y voit le même problème qui concerne un modèle Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15IAP.
J'ai du mal à comprendre la cause du problème mais la solution (de ce que j'en comprends en analysant la page en question) semble bien être de réinstaller grub-efi-amd64-signed donc maxire tu es sur la bonne piste. J'ai bien lu dans ton post #18 : "Si Malbo pouvait reprendre la main ce serait apprécié !" sauf que je ne suis pas plus à l'aise que toi dans cette affaire. Oui, il faut supprimer tous les paquets grub et réinstaller grub-efi-amd64-signed mais ça n'a pas l'air évident...

Bonjour,

Une solution est de réinstaller Ubuntu toujours dans /dev/sda6 en prenant l'option de ne pas installer Grub (en espérant que cela soit possible avec la procédure d'installation de Ubuntu).
Démarrer Ubuntu avec la live-usb comme je l'ai indiqué en message #11.
Installer grub-efi :

sudo apt update
sudo apt install grub-efi
sudo grub-install /dev/sda
sudo update-grub

Cela devrait aller plus vite que de se battre avec apt.
Et tu finis avec un :

sudo apt full-upgrade

Je propose d'utiliser grub-efi à la place de grub-efi-amd64-signed dans la mesure où secure-boot est désactivé.

Si tout se passe bien fournis nous quand même un boot-info pour contrôle.

Je suis avec intérêt cette discussion car je rencontre les même problème sur un ACER Aspire ES17 où j'ai installé Ubuntu à côté de windows10. J'ai tout essayé comme indiqué depuis le début de ce fil et à chaque fois les mêmes réponses.
Je viens de tenter la dernière proposition de Maxire. Après sudo apt install grub-efi, le terminal de fige en tentant de travailler sur grub-efi-amd64-signed

@brs73 est-ce bien grub-efi que tu tentes d'installer ?
Avec mon portable Asus K72F, si je tente d'installer grub-efi grub-efi-amd64 est installé et non grub-efi-amd64-signed.
Quelque chose m'échappe, il semblerait que l'installation de grub-efi est fonction du firmware efi.
Une alternative à  Grub est Refind,  il existe une documentation disponible dans le wiki de ubuntu-fr.org explique comment l'installer.

Je pense que Grub n'est pas très bon en mode uefi.
Personnellement je ne l'utilise plus, tous mes démarrages en mode uefi se font maintenant avec Refind.

Sinon, au lieu d'installer grub-efi essaie d'installer grub-efi-amd64-signed tout seul.
Ce problème d'installation me laisse perplexe.

Le plus fou est que normalement, une fois le secure-boot désactivé il ne devrait pas être nécessaire d'utiliser grub-efi-amd64-signed.
Ce shimx64.efi est une vraie plaie.

Bon j'ai essayé les solutions proposées, mais rien ne marche hmm

je me demande si je ne vais pas abandonner tous simplement ou essayer avec un autre Iso, ne sachant pas si ça fonctionnera quand même. hmm

Donner de l'aide à  deux personnes en même temps, c'est trop compliqué, nous n'allons pas nous en sortir.
Déjà avant de continuer quoi que ce soit il faut enlever grub-efi comme je l'ai déjà précisé.

sudo apt purge grub-efi*

@brs73, ouvre un nouveau fil de discussion s'il te plaît, les messages se mélangent,  c'est devenu incompréhensible.
Dans ce fil résume ce que tu as tenté, fournis-nous un lien vers ce nouveau fil.

@BastienPS, je suppose que ton installation actuelle est une installation classique avec tentative d'installer le Grub.
Démarre-la et applique les commandes du #34, je ne sais pas si tu les as essayées.
Comme tu as tout tenté  en séquence sans communiquer les résultats à chaque étape puis attendre des conseils de notre part c'est compliqué d'aider.

Une remarque, ce n'est pas un problème de dual boot avec Windows mais une installation difficile de Ubuntu sur un modèle de pc  particulier.

Je propose de changer le titre par, 《Installation difficile de Ubuntu 18.04 sur le marque modèle  .
Cette remarque est également valable pour le fil ouvert par brs73.

Bonsoir,
Il semble que ce type de problème peut toucher des modèles de plusieurs fabricants mais le modèle Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15IAP est quand même particulièrement visé. On le retrouve dans cette page (sauf que le créateur de la page - Dustan Levenstein - s'est planté en écrivant le nom de son modèle) : https://askubuntu.com/questions/1038476 … l-problems
La solution pour ceux qui le peuvent, c'est d'installer Ubuntu en mode Bios au lieu de l'installer en mode UEFI comme l'a écrit Dustan Levenstein : "The solution was simple: change the bios settings: boot mode to legacy support, boot priority to legacy first. Then reinstall Ubuntu and it worked.". Mais cette solution ne s'applique pas pour ceux qui ont Windows préinstallé à l'achat parce qu'il est toujours installé en mode UEFI et qu'il est impératif d'installer Ubuntu dans le même mode, donc en mode UEFI. Ou alors il faut accepter de virer Windows de l'ordi pour installer Ubuntu tout seul en mode Bios.

EDIT : il n'y a pas que la version 18.04 de Ubuntu qui pose des problèmes avec le modèle Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15IAP. Déjà le version LTS précédente 16.04 ne pouvait être installée qu'en mode Bios (Legacy mode) : les tentatives d'install en mode UEFI foiraient tout le temps comme dans ce fil ou celui-là.

De ce que je vois tu as passé les commandes demandées sous la live-usb.
