Je viens de faire 

sudo ubiquity -b

L'installe se déroule, puie quand il arrive à "Copie des fichiers presque terminée..."
Il me dit :
"Le programme d'installation a rencontré une erreur lors de la copie des fichiers sur le disque dur :
[Errno 5] Input/output error

Ceci est souvent causé par un disque ou un lecteur CD/DVD défectueux ou un disque dur défectueux. Vous pouvez essayer de nettoyer le CD/DVD, de le graver à vitesse réduite ou de nettoyer la lentille du lecteur CD/DVD (des trousses de nettoyage sont souvent disponibles dans des magasins d'électronique). Il peut aussi être utile de vérifier l'âge du disque dur et d'envisager un éventuel remplacement, ou de déplacer votre système dans un environnement plus frais."

C'est ce que je disais dans le poste #1, je pense qu'il fait un "checksum" avant la fin et qu'il plante car j'ai du modifier le fichier grubx64.efi en mmx64.efi car sinon il ne voulait pas booter dessus.

On va quand même s'assurer de quelque chose en  regardant l'état du disque dur

Toujours avec ton support d'installation, tu installes le logiciel

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends smartmontools

et tu donnes le retour de cette commande

sudo smartctl  -s  on  -a  /dev/sda
sudo smartctl  -s  on  -a  /dev/sdb

On va dire que c'est le support d'installation  qui a un problème.
Peux-tu en refaire un nouveau.   Pour éviter le problème que tu as rencontré, télécharge la version 19.10 ( http://releases.ubuntu.com/eoan/ )

NOTA. Je considère que cette ligne

Je n'ai trouvé dans le web, qu'une autre discussion avec le même modèle. ( https://forum.mxlinux.org/viewtopic.php?t=49081 )

Mais ton gros disque n'est pas excellant malgré son jeune âge. On aurait pu avoir mieux.
