Bonjour,
bon apres une reinstall de win et un update-grub le grub 'affiche bien windows et une ligne uefi firmware. quand je vais sur win il met met une barre "windows charge les fichiers" et je retombe sur le grub.

La ligne de GRUB de windows ne pointerai pas où il faut pour booter windows !?
Ce que j'ai réussi à comprendre c'est qu'apparemment GRUB repointerait vers la partition efi pour booter windows...

Pourrais-tu donner le retour de cette commande
cat /boot/grub/grub.cfg | sed -n '/30_os-prober/,/30_os-prober/p'Afin de vérifier que ubuntu lance bien le boot de windows par son logiciel de boot (SDA1) et pas directement (SDA3)
Si c'est SDA3, tu pourras faire un boot-repair et redonner le retour de la commande ci-dessus afin de vérifier qu'il a bien corrigé.
Si c'est déjà SDA1, les fichiers de boot de windows sont en cause et boot-repair ne pourra rien faire.

Oui le lien est bon mais est-ce que c'est bien ça qu'on veut ? Le problème n'est pas que c'est la partition de réparation de windows qui est lancé par le GRUB parce-que le fichier ciblé dans l'efi n'est pas le bon ? J'ai fait une erreur d'interprétation ?

bonjour,
après une énième reinstall de win je viens de trouver une solution ( pas la meilleure c'est vrai).
Puisque je peux passer par le grub et qu'Ubuntu est mon os par défaut , je change le boot au démarrage et le tour est joué. C'est pas la panacée mais ua moins j'ai les deux OS qui fonctionnent.

en fait je choisis de booter sur le DD avec windows plutot que celui avec Ubuntu au demarrage avec ESC dans le boot menu

C'est vrai que je me demande bien ce que tu aurais voulu... Quand on est installé en uefi (cas 1) ou proprement sur deux disques durs bien distincts (cas 2) il y a 2 écoles pour le choix de boot de façon non standard :
- soit cas 1 tu passes par le menu de boot rapide de l'uefi pour choisir soit l'un soit l'autre de tes systèmes
- soit cas 2 tu passes par le menu de boot rapide du bios pour choisir soit l'un soit l'autre de tes disques durs
- dans tous les cas Linux est toujours sensé proposer le choix entre démarrer lui ou windows...
édit après lecture de ton post qui est juste avant le mien : donc on est bien dans l'un des 2 cas moins propre que j'ai énuméré mais l'un dans l'autre ça marche tout aussi bien... Reste à comprendre quand-même pourquoi GRUB ne pointe pas bien
