|Résolu] Impossible de scanner HP 6200

Bonjour,

Après l'impression, la numérisation !!

J'essaye de numériser mais il me demande de télécharger les pilotes necessaires sur le site d'HP. Le soucis étant que lorsque je choisi Linux (il n'y a pas Ubuntu) comme système d'exploitation il me dit qu'il n'y a aucun pilote pour mon produit. Voilà!!

Dans ton autre discussion, tu n'as pas répondu à la question de @xubu1957 à savoir si le paquet ippusbxd avait été supprimé ?
Le service semblait toujours actif au message #30 ?

Si pas déjà fait :

sudo apt purge ippusbxd

...suivi d'un redémarrage ?

À mon (humble...) avis, il faudrait s'assurer que le greffon propriétaire soit correctementt installé, si on se fie à cette discussion :

Pour voir ce dont il retourne, serait bon de poster le retour complet d'une autre tentative de la commande :

La reconnaissance du scanner est parfois complexe sur 20.04.
Mais la manip suivante a toujours fonctionné en ce qui me concerne pour toutes les imprimantes HP en réseau (WiFi):

Préambule: S'assurer que l'imprimante est bien connectée sur le même réseau WiFi (même SSID indispensable) que l'ordinateur. Relever l'adresse IP de l'imprimante.

1) Installer l'utilitaire HP:

sudo apt-get install hplip-gui

2) Ouvrir l'utilitaire (HP toolbox) et configurer une nouvelle imprimante, sélectionner l'installation manuelle, puis entrer l'adresse IP de l'imprimante.
Celle-ci devrait être automatiquement détectée et installée.

3) Ouvrir Simple Scan, lancer une numérisation. Si un échec apparaît, choisir une autre imprimante (celle-ci peut apparaître sous plusieurs dénomination dans Simple Scan, il suffit de choisir "la bonne")

Remarques: Sur l'ensemble des imprimantes HP testées, la numérisation fonctionne correctement, mais en utilisant la vitre du scanner. Je n'ai jamais réussi à scanner des pages multiples en passant par le bac d'alimentation automatique. Si quelqu'un a une astuce, je suis preneur!

Si ça marche en live, il faut bien garder en mémoire que toutes les opérations faites en live et ayant abouti à un résultat correct seront à reproduire en session normale.
