D'accord pour le windows. Lorsque les ennuis arrivent, il y en a partout. Pourtant c'était visible

Avec le chroot, on va tenter de faire les commandes que le boot-repair aurait certainement fait. De plus ton boot-repair ne fonctionne plus
donc tu regardes bien le retour des commandes de la réparation.
Si tu vois des anomalies tu postes les retours des commandes coupables
Si tout te semble bon, tu tentes de rebooter

Tu as oublié de faire la commande la plus importante

sudo chroot /mnt

Tu n'as pas réalisé que le retour de cette commande.

Je ne sais pas trop de quel plantage tu parles
Il dit à l'exécution de cette commande
apt install grub-efi
que
grub-efi is already the newest version (2.04-1ubuntu26.13)
Donc c'est probablement sur la commande qui a suivi. C'est à dire celle-ci
sudo grub-install
Si c'est bien le cas, je te propose un nouveau lot de commandes à refaire en chroot afin d'interdire d'utiliser shim car je pense qu'il est dans le coup

Démarre sur la session live usb, ouvre un terminal,

setxkbmap fr

Préparation

sudo mount /dev/sda4 /mnt
sudo mount --bind /dev /mnt/dev
sudo mount -t proc  /proc              /mnt/proc
sudo mount -t sysfs /sys               /mnt/sys
sudo mount --bind   /run               /mnt/run
sudo mount --bind   /sys               /mnt/sys
sudo modprobe efivars

Le chroot

sudo chroot /mnt

Quelques contrôles seront à faire par exemple

mount -t devpts devpts /dev/pts 
ping -c4 google.fr
ls   -ls /home

==> Cette réponse doit te donner ton nom d'utilisateur et pas lubuntu

Puis les réparations. Comme on va avoir besoin de toucher à l'EFI

sudo mount /dev/sda1  /boot/efi

Comme réparation, je propose d'interdire d'utiliser shim. j'espère que cela sera suffisant. car je ne connais pas très bien les bonnes commandes pour le désinstaller et remettre ce qu'il faut à la place.

sudo apt-mark  hold   secureboot-db   
sudo apt-mark  hold   fwupdate-signed
sudo apt-mark  hold   grub-efi-amd64-signed
sudo apt-mark  hold   shim-signed

sudo apt-get install --reinstall grub-efi

sudo grub-install

sudo update-grub

Les commandes ont été exécutées sans erreurs, j'ai fait exit pour quitter le live usb et j'ai rebouté mais ça m'a conduit au GRUB. En voici le retour des commandes avant l'exit:

Si, j'ai fait les commandes de sette série en bok, y compris les deux mentionnées dans ton dernier post:

sudo apt-get install --reinstall grub-efi
sudo grub-install
sudo update-grub

je ne sais pas pourquoi elles n'ont pas donné de retour ce qui t'as fait dire que je ne les ai pas faites. Dois-je faire les commandes une à une?

J'ai refait, encore une fois, les commandes, ça se passait bien jusqu'à:

sudo grub-install

Le système s'est planté. J"en déduis que les trois commandes

sudo apt-get install --reinstall grub-efi
sudo grub-install
sudo update-grub

Exécutées en bloc ne causaient pas de problème mais le " grub-install" et le "update-grub" n'apparaissent pas et ne donnent pas de rétour. Mais exécutées de manière séparée, ça se bloque au stade de " Grub-install".

Relance mais remplace
grub-install par

sudo grub-install  --efi-directory=/boot/efi --no-uefi-secure-boot

Si cela plante encore pareil, cela sera avec cette commande

sudo grub-install --no-nvram --efi-directory=/boot/efi --no-uefi-secure-boot

On a raté le montage de la partition EFI
grub-install: error: /boot/efi doesn't look like an EFI partition

et je ne vois pas sa commande faite
Elle était prévue entre ces deux commandes
ls -ls /home
sudo mount /dev/sda1 /boot/efi
sudo apt-mark hold secureboot-db

et dans ta capture, elle n'y est pas

root@lubuntu:/# ls   -ls /home

Cette fois-ci tu peux éviter de faire les 4 commandes de marquage

Démarre sur la session live usb, ouvre un terminal,

setxkbmap fr

Préparation

sudo mount /dev/sda4 /mnt
sudo mount --bind /dev /mnt/dev
sudo mount -t proc  /proc              /mnt/proc
sudo mount -t sysfs /sys               /mnt/sys
sudo mount --bind   /run               /mnt/run
sudo mount --bind   /sys               /mnt/sys
sudo modprobe efivars

Le chroot

sudo chroot /mnt

mount -t devpts devpts /dev/pts 
ls   -ls /home 
sudo mount -v /dev/sda1  /boot/efi

Comme réparation, je propose maintenant d inverser les deux commandes en mettant la moins risquée en premier .

sudo grub-install --no-nvram --efi-directory=/boot/efi --no-uefi-secure-boot
sudo update-grub

sudo update-initramfs -d -k all

puis tenter de voir si celle-ci plante. Si elle plante, on aura fait la précédente.

sudo grub-install  --efi-directory=/boot/efi --no-uefi-secure-boot
sudo update-grub

sudo update-initramfs -d -k all

J ai remis deux fois le paquet des trois commandes

Maintenant, il faudrait que tu fasses un boot-info afin de voir si le grub est arrivé au bon endroit

Lorsque tu dis, "F12 ne boote pas sur linux"
Est-ce toujours la fameuse ligne sans aucun message ni devant ni après

Question, Comme j'ai eu le temps de parcourir ta vieille discussion, est-ce que avant cet incident, tu bootais avec le grub ou avec refind? car si ton bios te propose refind, cela pourrait s'essayer.

Oui, c'est bien cette fameuse ligne.
Non je boote avec le F12 qui me propose soit le windows, soit Linux, soit l'USB géneric. et en cliquant sur Linux j'ai mon Lubuntu 18.04
