Retrouve le disque dans lequel tu as fais la sauvegarde et recoomence.

ta partition sdb1 n'est pas montée.
Tu as certainement oublié de le débrancher et de le rebrancher.
Refais l'action et redonne

sudo ls -als /media/$USER

L'étiquette mise me plaît mieux.
Mais c'est la catastrophe, il est formaté en NTFS au lieu de EXT4
Je crains que le déchiffrage  n'accepte pas. Enfin on va bien voir.

on va vérifier si ces répertoires existent. S'ils sont absents, je ne pense pas que cela soit grave
1) Suppression des mauvais liens symboliques

sudo rm  -v /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/techno/.ecryptfs
sudo rm  -v /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/techno/.ecryptfs

2) Création des bons liens

ln -s  /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/.ecryptfs/techno/.ecryptfs /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/techno/.ecryptfs 
ln -s  /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/.ecryptfs/techno/.Private  /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/techno/.Private

3) Vérifications que les liens sont bons

ls -ls /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/techno

Je te demande de vérifier la couleurs des liens.
s'ils sont rouges, tu me le dis et tu ne vas pas plus.
S'ils ne sont pas rouge, tu tentes le montage avec la commande suivante...

sudo ecryptfs-recover-private /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/.ecryptfs/techno/.Private/

Je ne sais comment va être la réaction.
Si tout se passe bien, tu auras accès aux  données en lecture.
Mais il existe une option avoir en écriture.

Voici les  commandes.  j'espère qu'il n'y aura pas trop d'erreurs.
1) Suppression des mauvais liens symboliques

sudo rm  -v /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/techno/.ecryptfs
sudo rm  -v /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/techno/.ecryptfs

2) Création des bons liens

ln -s  /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/.ecryptfs/techno/.ecryptfs /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/techno/.ecryptfs 
ln -s  /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/.ecryptfs/techno/.Private  /media/$USER/SeagateBasic/techno/.Private

Pour ces deux liens, ce n'est pas spécialement grave puisque ce ne sont pas les deux nouveaux liens.
Fais malgré tout la commande
Mais je soupçonne que la commande ne soit pas connue.
