et aussi faire

echo "options snd_soc_sof_es8336 quirk=0x02" | sudo tee -a /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

redémarrer et retester les HP (sans écouteurs branchés) et aussi les écouteurs

Aïe ça ne se présente donc pas très bien pour moi sad
Personnellement je n'ai pratiquement aucune expertise technique.
Tous mes espoirs reposent donc sur les gourous de ce magnifique forum !

le son sur ce genre de pc c'est toujours une plaie, et on réussit pas toujours à le faire fonctionner

Tu peux donner

pacat -v < /dev/urandom

et couper au bout de quelques secondes avec ctrl+ C.

Question con: tu as pas mis le son trop bas et que tu l'entendrais juste pas?

Tu peux faire

Le retour est long, mais ça va peut-être me donner des idées

Aussi faire

echo "options snd-intel-dspcfg dsp_driver=1" | sudo tee -a /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

suivi d'un redémarrage et d'un test.

Sinon il y a aussi deux trois trucs qui pourraient être vérifiés dans le BIOS aussi. Ton BIOS est très fourni? Je demande pour savoir si c'est possible d'avoir des photos du BIOS (ou je peux peut-être trouver une vidéo youtube avec une vue du BIOS)
Edit: ton BIOS a les mêmes paramètres que https://youtu.be/AOtGaCx2OYM?t=110 ?

J'ai fait le test puis redémarré : toujours pas de son. En fait j'ai même perdu (?) la carte son : dans les paramètres son maintenant "Sortie fictive" alors qu'avant le nom de mon matériel apparaissait !

Je vais regarder pour le bios...

Bon on va revenir en arrière du coup:

sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

puis tu supprimes les deux dernières lignes:

options snd_soc_sof_es8336 quirk=0x02
options snd-intel-dspcfg dsp_driver=1

et tu fais ctrl + X puis o puis entrée. Et tu peux redémarrer et vérifier que tu as retrouvé la carte son.

Je vois qu'il y a pipewire et pulseaudio, ce qui n'est pas normal (je connais pas pipewire)
Edit: je vois que c'est pareil sur mon pc, et pour moi c'est pas normal non plus...

Je n'ai rien trouvé qui ressemble à IPC dans le bios.

Comme hier, J'ai enlevé les deux dernières options dans /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf et j'ai bien récupéré ma carte son. Mais toujours pas sortie dans les HP...

J'ai un peu honte : je ne trouve ni menu advanced ni debug configuration dans mon bios...

J'ai fait un certain nombre de tests avec les écouteurs mais pas tous. Pour les prochains, j'effectuerai systématiquement les deux.

Quand je branche mes écouteurs, il me demande "Casque audio" ou "Micro-casque", il faut que je teste les deux ? ou que je trouve de simples écouteurs ?

Quand je dis tester les deux, c'est brancher des écouteurs sur le pc, ce qui va automatiquement passer sur "Micro-casque".
Pour le BIOS, je pensais que tu avais un onglet "advanced". Peut-être qu'il faut mettre un mdp administrateur sur le BIOS pour débloquer ce menu (mets un mdp style azerty, parce que c'est chiant/impossible à enlever quand on l'oublie)

Quand je branche mes écouteurs, il me propose un choix "Casque audio" ou "Micro-casque" et ne passe pas automatiquement en "Micro-casque" j'imagine que dans le premier cas il n'active pas le micro.
