oui effectivement la solution est peut être dans le bios. il faudrait vérifier si :
USB => USB UEFI BIOS Support => • Enabled
I/O Port Access => Bluetooth => • Enabled
Voire une mise à jour du bios

C'est là que c'est bizarre parce que je n'ai pas trouvé une seule fois le mot Bluetooth écrit !

je n'ai plus trop de solution. tu n'as pas de réponse Bluetooth sur

rfkill list

et ton répertoire est vide

/sys/class/bluetooth

. Soit un problème de matériel ou de bios. A défaut de réponse concrète de ma part et des infos que tu as déjà fait remonter , peut être qu'une autre personne sur ce forum sera plus inspiré que moi
essaye peut être

sudo apt install bluez

.

C'est soit un problème de bios ou un problème de compatibilité. Pour le bios, peux tu trouver sur le web la doc de ton PC, il y a une partie bios et nous faire partager le lien afin d'y jeter un coup d’œil
Pour la compatibilité, on peut essayer de monter la version du noyau avec mailne. tu es déjà en 6.8.0-35-generic, donc je n'y crois pas trop, comme une âme en peine ça ne coûte rien d'essayer

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:cappelikan/ppa
sudo apt update

sudo apt install mainline

Et donne (je serais curieux de savoir s'il existe chez toi) :

cat /etc/systemd/system/bluetooth.target.wants/bluetooth.service

Autre piste intéressante trouvée sur le web que je redécouvre (je n'y avais pas pensé)
faire :

rfkill list 1

dans ton cas tu as eu cette réponse :

rfkill list all
0: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: yes
	Hard blocked: no

Si soft bloquée est oui, c'est une raison liée au logiciel. Si le hard est oui, c'est une raison liée au matériel (dans ton cas c'est le soft).
il faut faire

sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth

et si cela ne débloque pas le verrou logiciel, faire un

sudo rfkill unblock all

sudo systemctl restart bluetooth

S'il faut ré-appliquer cela après un redémarrage, le BIOS pourrait désactiver le Bluetooth : il faut modifier le bios, il aurait pu être défini sur désactivé (comme une réinitialisation d'usine).
Et si c'est pas possible par le bios, il faut modifier le Grub (ATTENTION une seule solution à la fois, soit le bios et si pas possible le grub :

sudo nano /etc/default/grub

Recherchez la ligne qui commence par GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT. A la fin de cette ligne, ajouter rfkill.default_state=1

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash rfkill.default_state=1"

sudo update-grub

Alors là je comprends mal pourquoi il faut aussi blacklister le module ainsi, probablement pour éviter des conflits :

sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf

et ajouter

blacklist ideapad_laptop

Alors c'est un PC que j'ai acheté sur Back...Ket Lenovo ThinkPad P50 en début mai.
Fourni avec Windows que j'ai remplacé par Ubuntu
Le Bluetooth n'a jamais marché "Pas de réseau Bluetooth trouvé, branchez la clé pour utiliser le bluetooth"
C'est tout de mon côté, je ne sais pas faire grand chose de plus en fait.

Du coup j'essaye déjà cette première proposition

Bonjour,

Si le bluetooth n'a jamais fonctionné je pense qu'il manque une partie essentielle, au vu des spécifications du P50 https://psref.lenovo.com/syspool/Sys/PD … 0_Spec.PDF où il est question d'un bluetooth combo adapter.

Je me trompe peut-être, cet adaptateur ne serait-il pas externe au PC ?
Ce qui pourrait expliquer le message envoyé par Windows demandant de connecter une clef.

Ou plus simplement l'adaptateur est mort bien que présent dans le module WIFI/Bluetooth.

En fait le combo bluetooth est bien intégré au module wifi/bluetooth au vu de https://gzhls.at/blob/ldb/4/9/0/c/24d5c … 435dbf.pdf.
Donc il existe de fortes chances que la partie bluetooth du module Intel AC 8260 soit morte.

si effectivement tu n'es pas en mesure d’exécuter les modifs que je t'ai fournies pour vérifier le bios ou modifier le grub , je ne peux plus t'aider, et si ton adaptateur est mort tu n'as plus qu'à faire fonctionner la garantie.
