Ce que tu dis me confirme dans mon idée d'un souci, soit matériel, soit, plus vraisemblable, de version de firmware, il faudrait voir quel bios tu as par rapport a miauco

apparement j'ai le dernier firmware du bios ca tombe bien car quand j'ai eu l'ordi je l'ai eu sans dique dur et pas de cd de reinstalation donc j'ai installer win 7 et je ne peux pas creer de disquette de boot sous seven .
ce qui m'interresserai beaucoup ca serai que tu m'envoies une copie du ou des cd d'instal d'origine du pc evidement a mes frais
bon je vais voir dans la doc si je trouve comment changer les options du boot

bon jeviens de remarquer quelque qui pourrais effectivement avoir un rapport avec l'acpi en fait quand je connecte l'ordi en filaire ca ne marche pas mais l'ordi reste disponible je peux m'en servir mais si je n'y touche pas pendant quelque minutes quand je veux bouger la sourie il est planter grave et je suis obliger de l'eteindre comme une brute.

Il me semble que j'ai déjà vu ce bug sur le forum il y a quelque semaines, mais je ne sais plus ou, effectivement c'est un souci acpi

Il faudrait commencer par analyser le problème. Peux-tu acceder à une console (<ctrl><alt><F1> ) quand ça plante ? si oui essaye un top pour voir quel processus bloque ou
un
dmesg | tail > log.txt
ou si tu es obligé d'éteindre va voir dans visionneur de journaux système la cause du plantage
Sinon pour ta connection si c'est un problème d'autonegotiation utilise l'outil " mii-tool"
-R, --reset
Reset the MII to its default configuration.
ou
-F media, --force=media
Disable autonegotiation, and force the MII to either 100baseTx-
FD, 100baseTx-HD, 10baseT-FD, or 10baseT-HD operation.

je viens de repenser que sous jaunty, je crois, j'avais des problèmes de déconnection permanents et de perte totale de réseau en wi-fi cette fois. J'avais installé les backports-modules et tout est rentré dans l'ordre.
C'est peut être une piste a explorer
linux-backports-modules-2.6.xx-xx-generic (ou xx-xx est la version de ton noyau) dans synaptic

c'est au cas ou je ne pourrais pas resoudre le probleme alors je le revends car tourne sous windaube de temps en temps je dit pas mais tout le temps la y a pas moyen plutot je m'achete un ordimini pour jouer a tetris.

Yes it can. Yes it absolutely can. This is not a software interaction. When Windows shuts down it leaves the hardware in a state that is difficult for certain Ubuntu drivers to deal with. That's why completely removing the system power works. It resets the state of the hardware. A restart from Windows to Ubuntu does cause a problem because power is never removed from the hardware.That's the difference between a restart, and a full power down.

Now the problem has two aspects, one is in windows and the other is in linux.For windows you want to roll back the network driver to the microsoft one, instead of using the one provided by Realtek, then turn on the feature "wake on lan" in device manage -> network card -> power management.
For linux, you want to install the tool "ethtool" and in the console do:
sudo ethtool -s eth0 wol gto also turn on the feature "wake on lan". Then the problem should be solved. If it still doesn't work, then under linux do the following:
sudo ethtool -s eth0 wol d
then do again:
sudo ethtool -s eth0 wol gBes
Essaye en premier la solution pour linux:P

J'ai aussi repéré ça dans tes logs:
HPET not enabled in BIOS. You might try hpet=force boot option
pour ça tu dois éditer le fichier '/etc/default/grub
gksu gedit /etc/default/grub
Il faut ensuite ajouter l'argument 'hpet=force' après 'GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=', par exemple :
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="(...) hpet=force"
Appliquer les changements avec la commande update-grub, en root:
sudo update-grub
Pour le cd de réinstall désolé je l'ai jeté mais ne regrette rien car d'après le manuel il s'agit de (je cite) : le logiciel "tout en un" de DVD contient des drivers, utilitaires, et une fonction de restauration optionnelle
et de toute façon c'était xp

salut spad35 c'est pas grave pour les cds mais c'est bizare parceue moi d'origine il etait fourni avec vista encore plus bizare en voulant reinstaller vista ou xp l'instalation plante surement a cause des drivers satas enfin bref
j'ai essaye tes lignes de commande alors deja en mode console j'ai taper rot il m'a que root n'etait pas installer ???? il me propose de l'installer sudo aptget root manager etc... je me dit que ca doit pas etre le bon mais enfin bon je l'ai installe et ca marche pas .
j'essaye directement ta ligne de code dans une console il me demande le mot de passe et revient a l'invite de commande je sais meme pas si ca a fait quelque chose .
j'essaye de me connecter en filaire et ca ne marche plus du tout il n'essaye meme pas de se connecte
j'aimerais bien essayer de mettre l'acpi sur off mais dite moi comment faire pas a pas car la derniere fois il ne m'autorisait pas a modifier le fichier grub

Pourquoi veux tu passer ne root
pour les commande qui demandent root tu précèdes la commande avec sudo c'est tout.
sudo apt-get update
par exemple

Là c'est nous qui sommes perdus.
Bon pour le moment qu'as tu en dual boot avec ubuntu ? J'ai cru comprendre que c'est seven non ? Et bien il se pourrait justement que c'est seven qui fout le bordel
(De plus j'ai le même ordi que toi, je n'ai pas seven et ma carte fonctionne parfaitement)

En fait windows il s'en fout des procédures, il est tout seul,c'est le roi. Il ne pense pas "linux" qui stoppe un par un ses dæmons et ses services pour faire place à un autre système (plus sérieusement il semble que win laisse la carte en "stand-by" pour le wake-on-lan)
alors ou tu réinstalle ubuntu sur tout le disque en écrasant ouin-ouin -mais si ce n'est pas le problème ça sert à rien- ou tu tente la solution du forum ubuntu anglais (comme l'explique le membre yingwuzhao post #12). Et tu as déjà ethtool d'installé sur les conseils de pierguiard
en gros dans seven il faut basculer sur le driver windows plutôt que celui fourni par realtek
(comment ? je sais pas...)
puis
device manage -> network card -> power management et mettre sur "on"
éteindre completement
dans ubuntu : ouvrir un terminal
sudo ethtool -s eth0 wol g
et si ça marche toujours pas :
sudo ethtool -s eth0 wol d
then do again:
sudo ethtool -s eth0 wol g
wol p|u|m|b|a|g|s|d...

Je serais toi j'en profiterais pour désinstaller root manager et peut être d'autres trucs que tu aurais pu installer par erreur

Pour l'acpi sur off dans ton cas c'est plutôt un problème avec hpet. Je te croyais plus familiarisé avec les outils ubuntu alors je vais reprendre pas à pas :
pour modifier ton grub :
tu fais <Alt><F2> ou lancer une commande (pas dans une console!)
puis tu tape (ou tu colle) :
gksu gedit /etc/default/grub
la normalement tu dois taper ton mot de passe et ça t'ouvre gedit (le bloc-note si tu veux) en mode root
ensuite tu repere lla ligne :
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=""
il se peut qu'il y ait:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
tu ajoute hpet=force
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="hpet=force"
ou
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=""quiet splash hpet=force"
Bien penser a enregistrer !
Puis tu ouvre un terminal et tu colle pour prendre en compte les changements :
sudo update-grub
Voila et pour tes problèmes de batterie tu fait la même manip que pour grub avec
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
et tout en bas tu rajoute :
blacklist msi_laptop
chez moi ça donne ça a la fin du fichier :
