Bonsoir, désolé pas pu attendre, j'ai décidé de passer sur kubuntu 11.04 (Précédemment j'avais la 11.10). Je tiens à signaler que mes installations je le fais à partir d'un autre materiel (Je prend le disque dur de l'Acer aspire et je le mets dans mon autre ordinateur portable parkard bell). Sur ce pakard bell, beaucoup de choses sont différente, carte graphique ati radeon et autres. Je fais toute l'installation sur le pakard bell, et ensuite quand je remets le disque dur, dans l'Acer, quelques redémarrages et mise à jour sont nécessaires. Une fois avoir réussi à démarrer le mode graphique normalement, les effets de bureau 3D étaient fonctionnels! J'avais l'acceleration 3D, j'ai pu joué à un jeu (Urban terror) Pourtant sans avoir installer de pilote Nvidia.

Ensuite j'ai quand même voulus installer bumblebee. Depuis, je démarre sur un ecran bleu avec des lignes d'ecrites et pas moyen de démarrer le mode graphique.

Je ne sais pas si, il y a une méthode pour installer kubuntu sur un disque dur a partir d'un autre materiel (Sur windows on peut le faire, sans problème).

J'essaie de démarrer le mode graphique normalement, je vous tiens au courant.

Edit: Est-ce normal que sur le jeu UrbanTerror, j'atteins 30 fps sans activer optirun et qu'avec Optirun j’atteins que 60 maximum?

Ben en fait tu n'as plus de problèmes apparemment, pour kdm ce doit être un vieux log qui traîne.

Les résultats pour optirun semblent corrects. Pour ta question sur Urban Terror, il faut savoir que VirtualGL limite par défaut le nombre de FPS à 60 (maximum que puisse afficher ton écran), c'est pour ça que c'est limité. Et tu obtiens 30 fps avec la carte Intel, car même si elle est plus basique, elle sait quand même faire des choses.

Donc pour un jeu, il n'est pas important de dépasser les 60 fps? Car sur autre ordinateur je dépasse les 100 fps, et pour un jeu de tir je ne sais pas si c'est plus souhaitable d'avoir un maximum de fps. Après si virtualGL ne permet pas de dépasser les 60 fps, la question ne se pose plus.

Ben dépasser 100 fps en permanence ça sert à rien si ton écran ne peut pas suivre.

En général, il vaut mieux avoir un maximum de FPS au départ, comme ça dans les situations extrêmes (beaucoup de joueurs/environnement très riche), ça reste potable.

Pour VirtualGL, il limite à 60 FPS quelque soit la situation (à la base c'est conçu pour être utilisé entre un serveur ailleurs et ton PC, donc il est important d'envoyer le minimum nécessaire), donc si ta carte peut suivre, elle fournira toujours ça. Après, il existe beaucoup de réglages fins pour VirtualGL que nous n'avons pas encore eu le temps d'exploiter dans Bumblebee (retirer cette limite, utiliser un autre type de transfert, utiliser plusieurs cœurs du CPU, ...). Mais ça servira surtout pour les benchmarks ou les jeux vraiment gourmands.
