[Résolu] pas de systeme de fichiers racine
Bonjour,
Lors du clic sur le bouton "installer maintenant" , l'installer Ubuntu "13.04 secure remix" que j'ai choisi car comptaible UEFI,
affiche l'erreur "pas de système de fichiers racine"
J'utilise un Samsung ATI série 9 avec Windows 8 pre-installé
J'ai désactivé le secure boot et j'ai booté sur le DVD puis sélectionne installer Ubuntu
Il affiche la liste des partitions /dev/sda et il est possible de modifier les partitions,
mais que faire comme modification ?

La référence de ton ordi n'est pas connue sur internet. Veux-tu dire que tu as un Samsung Ativ Book 9 (ou bien donne un lien vers une page qui donne ses caractéristiques) ?
Je vais étudier ton Boot-Info.

C'est parfait : tu n'as encore rien cassé d'après ce que je vois de ton Boot-Info. Avant d'aller plus loin, je te recommande fortement de faire une image de ton disque dur avec Clonezilla suivant cette procédure : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=433035 (tu verras que j'indique dans ce lien qu'il est possible aussi de suivre les tutos de nobru54 si tu préfères). Certains ont été très heureux d'avoir pris la précaution de faire ça...
Je te recommande également de créer des DVD de restauration en configuration usine de Windows 8 (je ne sais pas si Samsung met à ta disposition un logiciel spécial pour créer cela mais renseigne-toi)

C'est ce qui manquait à ton essai et qui faisait que l'installation bloquait : il fallait libérer de la place. Mais ne te jette pas là-dessus, fais d'abord ce que je te suggère plus haut, tu ne regretteras pas d'avoir pris ces précautions.

Tu as viré Windows 8 du disque dur. La surprise, c'est que ni dans la présente discussion, ni dans le contenu actuel de ton doc, tu n'annonces que tu as l'intention de virer Windows 8 et moi je croyais que tu allais installer Ubuntu en cohabitation avec Windows 8.
Sinon, je note que tu as complètement refondu le partitionnement de ton SSD afin d'adopter une table de partition MSDOS au lieu de la table de partition GPT originale : c'est une solution correcte puisque tu as viré Windows 8. Je veux dire que tu avais la liberté de faire ce que tu voulais sur le SSD et tu as profité de cette liberté. Rien à redire.
S'agissant de la partie "Vous pouvez sauvegarder Windows en utilisant l'outil Clonezilla...." de ton doc , tu as eu tord de ne pas faire l'image du disque dur complet. Pour le coup, tu aurais dû faire strictement ce que je t'avais proposé dans le post #4 au lieu de faire ta sauvegarde de tout sauf sda4.
Edit1 : bravo aussi pour la création de la ligne pour NP905S3G ( qui correspond au Samsung Ativ Book 9 Lite ) dans la Liste des portables « Samsung »
Edit2 : j'en ai profité pour rajouter une ligne pour le NP905S3G dans la partie Samsung du doc "Comment désactiver le secure boot" en effet, l'alerte "NE PAS TENTER D'INSTALLATION LINUX" qui est mentionnée pour certains modèles Samsung est relative à des accidents qui ont affecté des machines Samsung achetées en 2012 (et peut-être début 2013 ?) : voir rapport de bug #1040557
Aujourd'hui, il est très possible que tous les problèmes aient été réglés et qu'un ordi Samsung acheté dans le courant de 2013 ne pose aucun problème, mais je n'en sais rien du tout.

Bonsoir Malbo,
merci pour tes remarques et conseils judicieux ; en effet j'aurais dû sauver tout le disque mais à ce moment là je comptais en effet garder Windows 8 pour un dual boot.
Plus tard j'ai rencontré quelques difficultés notamment Windows loader qui me restaure automatiquement la partition de sauvegarde Windows8 (Samsung) écrasant mon Ubuntu que je venais d'installer,
d'autres essais confus avec un écran noir pour se terminer par un prompt GRUB> et tout cassé. Le week-end arrivant à sa fin je devais conclure rapidement et j'ai alors changé d'avis : j'ai fait dimanche soir une installation "classique" en re-partionant pour virer Windows 8. Je vais préciser dans ce point dans la page que j'ai écrite.

Il me reste encore à régler la luminosité de l'écran : l'applet luminosité brightness, la commande backlight set, les touches de fonctions de réglage de luminosité activées, l'outil paramètres système luminosité ont toutes le même effet sur la luminosité de l'écran : aucun. Je n'ai pas trouvé de solution sur le forum mais je vais poster un sujet dessus.
