[Résolu] Problème lancement Ubuntu (dual boot ubuntu-win7)

Salut,
Voilà je viens d'installer Ubuntu via le CD d'installation téléchargé depuis ce site. L'installation s'est faite sans problème.
Mais le problème, c'est que je ne peux pas choisir de lancer soit Ubuntu soit Windows 7. Windows 7 se lance tout seul.
J'aimerais donc savoir comment faire pour pouvoir lancer Ubuntu.

Je te prie de démarrer une session live de Ubuntu 14.04.1 64 bits (si tu n'as pas cette version sur ton CD d'installation, je te propose de réaliser une liveUSB suivant cette procédure depuis une session Windows). Depuis la session live, fais un Boot-Info en suivant cette procédure simplifiée : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.ph … #p16690381

Y'a un truc que t'a du oublier car si tu installes Win7 puis Ubuntu, tu dois avoir les 2 au démarrage dans le choix.

Par contre c'est normale si tu as fait l'inverse (Win7 installé après Ubuntu).

Bonsoir,

Apparemment, tu as installer Grub sur "/dev/sda6" alors que c'est "/dev/sda" qu'il faut choisir.
Solution : depuis "Boot-Repair" tu clic sur réparation recommandée "Recommended Repair" pour réinstaller Grub sur "/dev/sda".

Ce sont les intentions de réparation de Boot-Repair si tu fais la "Réparation recommandée". Je te conseille de le faire : pratiquement, tu refais tout ce que tu as fait pour réaliser le Boot-Info mais cette fois, tu cliques sur "Recommended repair"
Si ça fonctionne, poste ici pour le dire parce qu'il y aura une régularisation à faire en plus pour enregistrer la modif "en dur".

Tant mieux mais dans ta joie tu as oublié ce que j'ai écrit à la fin du post #7 : il y a une régularisation à faire. Si tu ne la fais pas, tu risques de ne plus pouvoir démarrer après une modif de Grub dans l'avenir. En deux mots, le pb c'est que Grub a gardé en mémoire que son chargeur d'amorçage se trouve dans le secteur de boot de sda6 comme tu peux voir dans cet extrait du Boot-Info :

Du coup, en cas de mise à jour, c'est ce chargeur qui sera mis à jour alors même qu'il n'est pas utilisé. Le chargeur d'amorçage qui se trouve dans le MBR - et qui est utilisé lors du démarrage - ne sera pas mis à jour parce que Grub ne sait pas qu'il existe. La régularisation consiste à enregistrer dans la tête de Grub que son chargeur d'amorçage se trouve dans le MBR du disque dur. Celui qui se trouve dans le secteur de boot de sda6 restera en place mais comme il n'est pas utilisé lors du démarrage, cela n'a pas d'importance.
Dans ce but, je te prie de passer la commande suivante depuis une session de ton Ubuntu installé :

sudo debconf-show grub-pc

Tu colleras le résultat obtenu dans ta réponse.

La ligne qui nous intéresse dans ton résultat du post #11 est celle-ci :

* grub-pc/install_devices: /dev/disk/by-id/ata-WDC_WD6400BPVT-75HXZT1_WD-WX41A4199295-part6

Je te prie de mettre en pratique ce Tuto mais, pour l'adapter à ton cas, il faudra à la 5ème étape que tu sélectionnes /dev/sda (au lieu de /dev/sda6)
Quand la modif sera faite, tu repasseras la commande que tu as passée dans le post #11 et tu devras constater que la ligne est devenue :

* grub-pc/install_devices: /dev/disk/by-id/ata-WDC_WD6400BPVT-75HXZT1_WD-WX41A4199295

la fin de ligne "-part6" aura disparu, ce qui signifiera que Grub a bien enregistré dans sa petite tête que son chargeur d'amorçage se trouve dans le MBR du disque dur.

Pour info : c'est parce que la régularisation n'a pas été faite en temps utile qu'un bon nombre d'ubuntuteros a rencontré ce Bug #1289977 (si on ne fait pas la régul, ça pète à la gueule tôt ou tard)

J'ai complémenté la ligne pour le modèle Inspiron 17 N7110 dans la Liste des portables « Dell » pour y mentionner ton expérience d'installation de Ubuntu 14.04 en dual-boot avec Windows 7
