@Sylvain Malenfant

https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/s … t/5977?b=1

http://community.acer.com/t5/E-F-and-M- … 009/page/3
https://community.acer.com/t5/E-F-and-M … m-p/456290 Ci-dessous un extrait

Hi I solved this, on my Acer e5-575g model.
Following those steps:
1. Update to latest BIOS version ( I also disabled fast startup in Windows, I don't know if that is necessary)
2. Set boot to UEFI, and enabling secure boot
3. Install Ubuntu using a live CD ( I used lmde2, it says that bootloader was not installed correctly, and I need to install it manually. That is OK)
3. Reboot and enter BIOS
4. Under security, choose 'select UEFI file as trusted for executing' ( you *may* need to set a supervisor password to do that)
5.You should see both your drives (SSD and HDD) as hdd0 and hdd1. Select the drive you installed your Linux os on.
6. You should see a sub-list with the name <EFI>. Press enter to select it. (If you can't find it, select the second hard drive, Linux probably tried to install grub there, in my case that is what happens)
7. Now select sub-title <linux> (or <Ubuntu> )
8. You should see several more sub-titles there. (Shimx.64efi, grubx64.efi, and mokmanager.efi)
Press enter on each file, (give it a name you can recognize first, like 'grubefi' etc, then press yes.
(In some cases you may see only the grubx64.efi, depending on the district you installed)
8. Save and exit BIOS.
9.enter BIOS again, under boot tab select the 3 (or one) files you named, (grubx64, shimx..) and bring them up in the boot priority list.
10. In main page, enable F12 boot menu. Save and exit.
11. Now you should be able to boot linux, as grub is your main bootloader. (If you want windows then press f12 and select it) congratulations!!.

Si la connexion câblée, fonctionne c'est l'essentiel;

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to fix packages sign-grub) and reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda6, using the following options: sda2/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot use-standard-efi-file

=================== Blockers in case of suggested repair

=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair

bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\...\grub*.efi

=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

pastebinit packages needed

Ce qui ne va pas, c'est ça :

boot-info is executed in live-session (Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa, rosa, LinuxMint, i686)
