--- ça me semblait très prometteur ici:
https://www.malekal.com/erreur-bcd/#La_commande_BCDEDIT
bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
bootrec.exe /fixmbr
bootsect.exe /nt60 all /force
bootrec /fixboot
--- J'ai ensuite essayé:
$ sudo aptitude install mbr
sudo install-mbr /dev/sda
Resultat:
install-mbr:/dev/sdb:
Probable detection of modern MBR format which is currently incompatible with install-mbr. Installing will probably break Windows installations on this system. Use --force to override.
Voila mon boot info:

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub2 of sda1 into the MBRs of all disks (except live-disks and removable disks without OS).
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
