=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda5, using the following options: sda1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s   fix-windows-boot use-standard-efi-file  restore-efi-backups

=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair

bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\...\grub*.efi

=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

=================== efibootmgr -v
BootCurrent: 0001
Timeout: 0 seconds
BootOrder: 0001,3001,0000,2001,2002,2004
Boot0000* Windows Boot Manager	HD(1,GPT,5f756e4b-82a6-4f71-b8bc-d61d8147b365,0x800,0x82000)/File(EFIMicrosoftBootbootmgfw.efi)WINDOWS.........x...B.C.D.O.B.J.E.C.T.=.{.9.d.e.a.8.6.2.c.-.5.c.d.d.-.4.e.7.0.-.a.c.c.1.-.f.3.2.b.3.4.4.d.4.7.9.5.}....M...............
Boot0001* ubuntu	HD(1,GPT,5f756e4b-82a6-4f71-b8bc-d61d8147b365,0x800,0x82000)/File(EFIubuntushimx64.efi)
Boot2001* EFI USB Device	RC
Boot2002* EFI DVD/CDROM	RC
Boot3001* Internal Hard Disk or Solid State Disk	RC

=================== UEFI/Legacy mode:
BIOS is EFI-compatible, and is setup in EFI-mode for this installed-session.
SecureBoot disabled.

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash nomodeset"

sudo rm -Rv /boot/efi/EFI/Microsoft

4) Supprimer l'entrée EFI

   sudo efibootmgr  -B -b 0000

Encore merci.
