sudo mount /dev/sdc1 /boot

et

sudo grub-install --root-directory=/boot /dev/sda

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda4, using the following options: sda3/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot use-standard-efi-file

=================== Blockers in case of suggested repair
Veuillez utiliser ce logiciel dans une session-live (live-CD ou live-USB). Cela vous permettra d'utiliser cette fonctionnalité.

=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair

bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\...\grub*.efi

=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

========================== sda3/EFI/ubuntu/grub.cfg: ===========================
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
search.fs_uuid 37301fa3-0019-4c95-a783-3aedc7617bea root hd2
set prefix=($root)'/boot/grub'
configfile $prefix/grub.cfg

/dev/sdc         37301fa3-0019-4c95-a783-3aedc7617bea   ext4

Tu as mis un sacré bazar....
