=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda3, using the following options: sda1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot use-standard-efi-file
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
Please do not forget to make your BIOS boot on sda1/efi/.../grub*.efi file!
If your computer reboots directly into Windows, try to change the boot order in your BIOS.
If your BIOS does not allow to change the boot order, change the default boot entry of the Windows bootloader.
For example you can boot into Windows, then type the following command in an admin command prompt:
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\...\grub*.efi
=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda4, using the following options: sda1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot use-standard-efi-file restore-efi-backups
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\...\grub*.efi
=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

- Boot Microsoft EFI boot from EFI System Partition
- Boot EFI\ubuntu\grubx64.efi from EFI System Partition
- Boot EFI\BOOT\bkpbootx64.Efi from EFI System Partition
- Boot EFI\BOOT\grubx64.efi from EFI System Partition
- Boot EFI\refind\refind_x64.efi from EFI System Partition
- Boot Fallback boot loader from EFI System Partition
- Boot boot\vmlinuz-5.3.0-28-generic from EFI System Partition

Re,
Là, tu me poses une colle...

sudo mount /dev/sda* /mnt
mount --bind /dev /mnt/dev
mount --bind /proc /mnt/proc
mount --bind /sys /mnt/sys
mount /dev/sda+ /mnt/boot/efi
mount -o remount,rw /dev/sda+ /mnt/boot/efi
mkdir /mnt/hostrun
mount --bind /run /mnt/hostrun
chroot /mnt
mkdir /run/lvm
mount --bind /hostrun/lvm /run/lvm
grub-install /dev/sda
update-grub
exit
umount /mnt/dev
umount /mnt/proc
umount /mnt/sys
umount /mnt/boot/efi
umount /mnt/hostrun
umount /mnt/run/lvm
umount /mnt
