Installation double boot sur DELL Inspiron 7490

Bonjour,
J’ai acheté un DELL Inspiron 7490, pensant que DELL accepterai facilement l’installation de Ubuntu à coté de Windows. Ne pouvant pas désactiver la fonction RAID, je n’ai pas pu installer UBUNTU simplement.
J’ai utilisé la méthode du post de « evroza »sur le site communauté DELL :

Tout fonctionne avec le noyau 5.6.0.7, bien que le démarrage avec SuperGrub soit quelque peu fastidieux. Pour avoir un fonctionne correct j’ai bloqué comme préconisé le noyau à la version 5.6.0.7.
Le post de dépannage datant du mois de mai 2020 il semble que la version du noyau est maintenant de 5.8.0-43.
Ma question : Est-ce que ce noyau prend maintenant en compte le bios RAID du DELL Inspiron 7490 ?

Sauf erreur, non !

Comprends que c'est pas du Raid pour faire de la redondance de données, mais une astuce pour que le veau d'or "démarre" plus vite.

Merci de la réponse, je viens de mettre à jour le bios, mais priori il n'y a pas de modification pour le type de disque.

If your computer reboots directly into Windows, try to change the boot order in your UEFI firmware.

If your UEFI firmware does not allow to change the boot order, change the default boot entry of the Windows bootloader.
For example you can boot into Windows, then type the following command in an admin command prompt:
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\****\shim****.efi (**** will be updated in the final message)

Je serais tenté de te proposer d'installer refind. Il me semble assez pratique.
Comme la vision de ton NVME  ne montre pas de présence de RAIDS, je  pense qu'il saura  te proposer le dual-boot.

Tu pourrais essayer de l'installer https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/refind

sudo apt install refind

Quelle  version de ubuntu as-tu tenté d'installer?

Merci Geole  pour l'aide, j'ai installé "Refind", ça fonctionne comme SupeGrub mais avec un interface plus sympathique. Pour l'immédiat je dois réinstaller Ubuntu 20 dernière version avec le noyau 5.8.
Ça va me  prendre un peu de temps car il faut que je sauvegarde le home pour mes données.
Je fait cela dans le WE.

Je ne savais pas très bien si refind pouvait  lire des NVME...
Si tu réinstalles, pense à l'idée de fabriquer une partition de données
Soit  en fabricant une partition  EXT4 soit en utilisant cette partition

Afin de ne pas installer le shim  qui ne fonctionne pas si j'ai bien compris, tu pourrais lancer une installation en ligne de commande

Merci pour toutes les marches à suivre, mais je pense que ce sera plus compliqué que je pensais.
J'ai crée un clé bootable Ubuntu 20 LTS dernière version avec un noyau Linux 5.8.043.
Plusieurs problème sont apparus:

Au moment du BOOT à la ligne [ 087348] wmi : Failed to pass WDG méthod

ensuite le démarrage de la clé continu, mais une fois démarrer, le disque interne de l'ordinateur est invisible.

J'ai essayé de faire un fdisk -l le disque n'existe pas.

Donc pour l'immédiat impossible d'installer Ubuntu noyau Linux 5.8.043, dommage.
Pour l'immédiat je reste avec le Noyau 5.6.0.7

Encore merci pour votre aide, j'ai avancé avec Refind, le démarrage est plus agréable.
