Bonjour
Je suis sous 18.04LTS
avec 2 ssd (1x64go pour le systéme et 1x500go pour le home)
Ce jour vers 18h je suis sortie et mon pc fonctionnait bien. A mon retour vers 20h mon pc était en écran noir avec une ligne de texte en haut.
Je redémarre le pc mais rien ne ce passe (attente plus de 30min)
Je redémarre une nouvelle fois et la j'ai ça qui s'affiche

Gave up waiting for suspend/resume device
Gave up waiting for root file system device. Common problèms:
- Boot args (cat /proc/cmdline)
- Check rootdelay= (did the system wait long enough?)
- Missing modules (cat /proc/modules; ls /dev)

j'ai redémarré sur une session live
Le disque home est bien vu mais pas l'autre disque
J'ai ouvert l'utilitaire disque.
Idem le home est vue mais pas l'autre.
J'ai tenté avec Gparted.
Idem le home est vue mais pas l'autre.
J'ai redémarré et ouvert de bios.
Les deux disques sont bien vue.
J'ai pris le disque et l'ai placé dans un boitier externe.
Le disque fonctionne bien et je voie tous les dossiers.
J'ai changé le câble sata.
Idem le disque système n'est pas vue
Pourriez vous me dire ce que je dois faire pour récupérer mon système comme il ce doit

Bonjour
Comme vue sur d'autre poste je suis aller voir si les disques sont toujours en AHCI et c'est bien le cas.
Je viens de faire le test comme si je voulais réinstaller ubuntu.
Seul le disque de 500go est vue lors de l'étape de chois du partitionnement.

Essaie de booter en mettant le paramètre rootdelay=300

Essaie de booter en mettant le paramètre rootdelay=300

Essaie aussi de permuter les câbles sata uniquement au niveau de la carte mère.
Même chose, le rootdelay=300 n'a rien changé
En ce qui concerne le câble, J'ai intervertie les câbles des 2 ssd et c'est pareil, je vois le 500go mais pas le 60go

Pour l'inversion des câbles,
Ne pas toucher à l'extrémité connectée aux SSD mais permuter uniquement l'extrémité connectée à la carte mère.
Si toujours en échec, tu as la solution de secours avec le SSD connecté en USB.
Il n'y a pas de raison que cela ne puisse pas booter.
Si cela ne boote pas, fais un rapport boot-info en utilisant un support d'installation et donne l'url qui sera générée. https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/boot-info

J'ai retesté le disque dans un boitier usb, il fonctionne bien (je l'ouvre et vois ce qu'il y a dedans) par contre impossible de booter dessus il n'est pas vus dans le bios (en usb)

Le problème est que si le petit SSD de 64 go était branché en USB au moment du boot-info, on ne le voit pas.

Bonsoir.
Tu peux réinstaller sur le SSD de 500 Go, ou mettre ton SSD de 64 Go sur support USB et booter normalement. Le gros SSD de 500 Go sera devenu SDA et il partira à la recherche du petit ssd qu'il devrait bien détecter en USB à condition que son contenu soit resté correct.

Ca m’embête mais je pense que je vais formater le 60go et voir si je peut réinstaller ubuntu 18.04 dessus. j'aurais préféré pouvoir récupérer le système mais avec tous ce que j'ai trouvé, ça semble pas trop évident

Bon bien... même après formatage et tentative de réinstallation ce disque n'est pas vue si je le branche directement sur le carte
J'ai tenté :
En lieu et place de l'autre disque (même câbles que l'autre)
En changeant de connecteurs (énergie et data)
En changeant de câbles (énergie et data)
Si je le branche en usb il est détecté???
La je ne comprend pas.
Mais bon ça m’apprendra a acheter du LDLC
Je vais réinstaller directement sur l'autre disque en laissant le processus d'installation choisir (je crois que c'est LVM)
Mais bon c'est vraiment bizard ce truc

et comment c' est possible de brancher une disque SATA en USB , y a un boitier dans lequel tu le places avec adaptateur SATA => USB ? desolé j ' ai du mal a voir de quoi il s' agit exactement ...
Oui effectivement c'est les restes d'un disque externe que j'avais. J'ai récupéré la partie interface SATA USB

ok là je comprends mieux , c ' est effectivement bizzare qu il fonctionne avec un adapteur USB , mais pas en direct sur la CM .
sur ta carte mere tu n' as que 2 ports SATA ? j ' aurais plutot inciminé un cable , mais comme tu dis deja avoir testé .
essaie sur un autre ports SATA que les 2 ou etaient deja les disques auparavant , si il y a des ports SATA de couleur differente encore mieux essiae ceux là , c ' est un autre controleur .
essaie de voir si tu peux mettre a jour le firmware de ton SSD , vu que c' est la marque ldlc , j' ai bien peur que ca soit compliqué .
quoi que , branche le SSD via l' adptateur USB puis passe la commande suivante :
sudo lshw -sanitize et
sudo hdparm -I /dev/sda
sudo hdparm -I /dev/sdbon aura peut etre un bonne surprise .
tu devrais aussi mettre a jour le BIOS de la carte mere , le probleme peut venir d' elle .

J'ai testé sur plusieurs ports, et surtout le port qui vois le 500go ne vois pas le 60go (ATTENTION la carte mere le vois mais lors de la tentative de boot ou d’installation ubuntu ne le vois pas lui)

ok , j ' ai bien noté qu 'en fait le probleme est que le disque est reconnu dans le bios mais pas dans ubuntu.
ton disque est bien reconnu connecté en USB sur le peripherique SDG

le truc c'est que comme indiqué dans le poste j'ai formaté le disque en vu e de la réinstallation (qui n'a pas fonctionné)

et ensuite supprime la table de partition a y etre des fois que , et cree une nouvelle table en GPT pour voir ce que ca dis .

bon après 6 tentative de création d'une partition sur le disque de 60 go... impossible
J'ai toujours le message
Error creating partition on /dev/sdg: Device '/dev/sdg'invalid or not existing (Error opening /dev/sdg: No such device or adress) ( udisks-error-quark, 0)
Ensuite il disparaît et je suis obligé de le débrancher puis le rebrancher pour le revoir...
Je pense qu'il est mort et qu'il va finir au magasin 17
Sachant que GSmartControl ne me donne rien sur ce disque alors que j'ai profusion d'info sur le 500go
