Lenteur au démarrage (et à l'arrêt) après ré-installation

Bonjour à tous,
Je me suis décidé à virer Windows 10 de mon ordinateur, je ne m'en servais que pour un logiciel, je fais avec.
Alors que j'ai un SSD et un ordinateur récent, une installation fraîche ne comportant que Xubuntu 20.04.03 installé à partir d'une clé USB dont j'ai vérifié le SHA avant, il me faut un peu plus de 45 secondes pour avoir le bureau, et dans ces 45 secondes, j'ai très longtemps le logo Dell d'affiché.
J'ai cherché un peu sur les forums sans trop comprendre, et sur mon disque, à la racine de mon home, j'ai un fichier caché nommé ".xsession-errors" assez important qui me donne des "warning" et "critical".
J'ai désinstallé la carte graphique Nvidia et suis théoriquement avec la carte Intel et le pilote "Nouveau".
Que puis-je faire ou chercher ?
Voici quelques pistes dans le Terminal et le fichier .xsession-errors pour information. Je me suis servi des commandes que les excellent Xubu ou malbo (sans compter les autres que j'oublie) demandaient au début d'un dépannage.

Intéressant, et merci de m'aider à interpréter le boot-info, j'ai du mal avec ces messages.
J'ai effectivement des soucis avec la souris Bluetooth, mais après le démarrage, elle devient inopérante pendant une dizaine de secondes après le premier clic ou mouvement. Soucis non résolus depuis ce vieux post, je m'étais résigné...
Je vais faire un essai sans elle ou avec le dongle fourni avec.

En ce qui concerne la souris, je pense qu'il vaut mieux s'en séparer : on trouve des souris filaires aux environs de 7 € et des sans fil à moins de 10 €.(vu chez LDLC, mais aussi chez Amazon et ailleurs)

Je viens de redémarrer avec le dongle USB. Pas de blocage de la souris comme expliqué au post # et dans le vieux fil, donc souci de Bluetooth avec la Logitech, depuis le début.
J'ai gagné à peu près 5 secondes au démarrage...

Maintenant, je me penche sur les erreurs trouvées dans le boot-info puisqu'il parle d'une "réparation suggérée", et des erreurs trouvées ici et là.

@FrancisFDZ. Cette souris m'est très utile pour travailler sur deux voire trois ordinateurs en même temps. Hors de question de la bazarder (vu son prix et ses qualités) si je sais ses défauts et arrive à les résoudre ou corriger (avec votre aide si nécessaire).

D'accord, je comprends mieux le problème, déjà levé en 2020 mais pas solutionné de mon côté.
Je viens de me prendre la tête en parallèle avec le Customer Service Logitech, ils affirment ne pas supporter Linux et donc pas Ubuntu, mais vendent des souris ou dispositifs compatibles Linux... :-(

Mais là, je suis maintenant en connexion sur la souris avec le dongle USB, donc plus de BT, théoriquement, je devrais être "meilleurs" ?
Non ?

pour les éventuelles erreurs

journalctl --no-pager -b -p err

Tu pourras tenter d'ajouter au démarrage temporairement cette option debug ignore_loglevel
afin de voir si la trace  dmesg est plus parlante

Je vais essayer de répondre à Xubu puis geole.
@Xubu, tu parles du récepteur "Unifying", est-ce ce que j’appelle le dongle USB ? Pour moi, cette souris a trois canaux dont deux en Bluetooth et un dernier avec le dongle USB, ce dernier ne serait pas conforme non plus ? Pourtant, il semble que j'ai moins de souci puisque la souris ne gèle plus au redémarrage comme auparavant en utilisant cet adaptateur.

Je viens d'installer solaar, je vais redémarrer avec un peu d'inquiétude car il m'a demandé de choisir entre deux gestionnaires graphiques... j'ai choisi en aveugle lightdm ne sachant pas lequel est installé sur ma machine...
Je vais redémarrer pour vérifier, tester.

Redémarré.
Je constate que le logiciel solaar ne fonctionne QUE sur le dongle USB, pas sur la liaison bluetooth. J'aurai appris quelque chose.
Pour moi, solaar permet d'obtenir l'information de niveau de batterie, de modifier la résolution de la roulette.
Comme la souris fonctionnait sans problème sans ce logiciel, c'est un "plus" mais qui ne résoud pas le souci essentiellement Bluetooth car la latence ou le "freeze" en utilisation Bluetooth existe toujours.
Mais j'ai compris des choses. Merci.
Merci aussi à tous les aidants et je n'oublie pas la remarque de François concernant l'usage d'une souris filaire (désolé, je ne puis) ou d'une souris réellement compatible Linux, je vais tester avec le Huawei en dualboot de ma femme qui semble n'avoir aucun problème.

Reste à comprendre pourquoi le boot met 25 secondes(+) avec uniquement le logo Dell, et surtout trouver pourquoi, lors de l'extinction, j'ai l'apparition du logo Xubuntu figé pendant une bonne vingtaine de secondes avant extinction, ce qui me chagrine à tel point que j'attends que l'ordinateur s'éteingne réellement, ayant déjà vu le cas ou il restait allumé plus d'une minute.

J'ai d’ailleurs deux autres souris Logitech, avec l'une un petit dongle (non Unifiying), l'autre (première génération, c'était le top à l'époque) avec un énorme récepteur, les deux fonctionnent toujours parfaitement en cas de doute d'une souris.

Reste à comprendre la logique Bluetooth de Logitech qui refuse d'adapter ses produits à Linux et voir aussi s'il n'y a pas un mode "économie" dans la gestion Bluetooth de Ubuntu (ou dans la souris elle-même) car si je laisse la souris inutilisée quelques secondes, il y a un temps de latence avant qu'elle ne réagisse, ceci expliquerait cela...
