Probleme Ubuntu ne boot plus.

Bonjour je suis novice avec l utilisation d Ubuntum j ai pu gros problem, mom ubuntu a cras et ne demarre plus, j utilise actuellement un live cd pour essayer de reparer mon OS mais je suis largue,
jai installe boot repaire (sachant que jai 2 OS sur mon SSD ubuntu 20.04 et WINDOWS 10)  aucun des 2 ne boot.

quand je lance boot repaire jai ce message.

Bonsoir.
Pas facile de te donner un conseil.
Boot-repair dit que windows est installé en legacy.
il se trouve que je n'y crois pas car le disque a une table de partition GPT.
Dans un tel contexte, windows me semble systèmatiquement installé en EFI.
De plus si windows avait été installé en Legacy, il aurait plus de fichiers de boot

A mon avis, tu as écrasé le contenu de la partition de boot EFI.

La première des choses à faire est de réparer windows en utilisant son support d'installation.
En bootant, soit en legacy, soit en EFI de préférence.

Lorsque windows fonctionnera, tu referas un boot-info

merci geole de votre reponse, ce probleme est survenu suite au crash d une cle usb qui ma fait reboot mon linux, j ai effectivement  windows d installer egalement. mais c est pas lui qui m importe le plus mais c ubuntu vu que mon travail est enregistre dessus. donc si j arrive au moins a recup mes fichier sa serais top. sauf que je trouve pas de solution pour le moment

Bonsoir.
Si tu te moques de windows, boote avec le support d'installation, lance gparted,
mets le drapeau bios_grub/bios_boot sur la partition sda1 qui est en fat32 au lieu du drapeau ESP,
lance boot-repair, fais la réparation recommendée.

Puis va dans le bios pour dire qu'il doit booter en mode LEGACY/CSM et plus EFI en utilisant le disque SDA

Bonsoir geole, merci pour votre aide et désolé pour le retour tardif.

j'ai pu réparer windows en suivant les etape de reparation de windows 10 maintenant j’essaye de réparer ubuntu, jai un soucis avec l'image live usb d'ubuntu, j'ai fait un nouveau rapport avec boot-repaire.

Mais, il faudra que tu vérifies que la live session a bien été lancée en EFI et pas en legacy avec cette commande

avant d'installer boot-repair et de le lancer.
Nota: C'est un réglage dans le bios disant que le boot USB doit être EFI prioritaire ou c'est toi qui choisit le fichier de boot, il faut prendre le fichier EFI et plus le fichier legacy.
Cela te permettra de retrouver le ual-boot.

Merci beaucoup, j'essaye sa ou je vous dis, parce qu'en bootant depuis le live cd dans le bios j'avais deux boot possible avec la clé usb, un en UEFI, et le deuxième qui était en Legacy je présume, mais quand je boot en UEFI, j'ai un message d'erreur disant qu'il a pas pu booter dessus et il passe sur le Legacy !!!, je vais essayer de nouveau, je sais pas si j'ai fait un truc de travers !!!

Donc j'ai booter le Live usb en efi et maintenant j'ai deux nouvelles erreurs en lançant boot-repaire

Veuillez activer un dépôt contenant les paquets [linux-generic] dans les sources de logiciels de unknown Linux distribution (sda5). Puis réessayez.

La dernière fois, je n'avais regardé que la partie windows.    Si j'avais plus regardé....
Donc en regardant ton boot-info,    on  ne voit pas les contenus  des fichiers /etc/fstab  /etc/default/grub  et /boot comme s'ils n'existaient plus.
Dans l'état actuel, je vois cette solution
1) Sauvegarde tes données si le répertoire /home est toujours présent car on n'est jamais trop prudent

2) Reinstalle ubuntu     sans demander le formatage si le répertoire /home est présent et tu devrais récupérer tes données..

3) Tu as écrit   "ubuntu a crashé".   Il doit y avoir eu autre chose car cela devrait être moins grave. On va donc regarder l'état du disque .   Pour installer l'application

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends smartmontools

et tu posteras ce retour

sudo smarctl -s on - a /dev/sda

Bonjour, oui mon ubuntu a chaché a cause de mon HDD externe, je faisais une copie puis je pense que le cable du HDD a bougé et sa a freeze le pc, du coup pas le choix de forcer l’arrêt manuellement. et voila, plus de boot.

voila le resultat du smartmontools, juste a title d'info, j'a plug mon deuxieme HDD, c'est pour sa que la partition ubuntu est passé sur /dev/sdb. en se qui concerne le folder home de la partition ubuntu, j'ai y ai acces mais il est vide !!! je c pas pkoi

NOTA... Il est probable que ta copie ait scratché à cause du disque interne ou que tu aies copié le disque sur lui-même.

A mon avis, cela vaudrait le coup que tu mettes le firmware à jour   car c'est peut-être lui le responsable.
( un bug dans la fonctionnalité trim ??? )
