[Résolu] Connection projecteur ne fonctionne plus

Bonjour à tous,

Je suis un nouveau utilisateur d'Ubuntu depuis quelques mois, je vais faire au mieux pour apporter toutes les infos techniques par rapport à mon pb smile
J'ai installé ubuntu en dual boot sur mon pc, j'ai également gardé windows 10. La connection à un écran externe fonctionnait bien mais ce n'est plus le cas, peu importe l'écran externe choisi. L'écran reste noir pour le deuxième écran et je ne parviens pas à déplacer ma souris dans le 2eme écran si l'affichage est étendu.
J'ai un LENOVO ThinkPad P50 et ma carte graphique est une NVIDIA QuadroM2000M.

J'ai fait quelques recherches et ai donc lancé xrandr --verbose qui détecte bien l'écran connecté, je le vois aussi quand je vais dans le menu d'écran connecté mais rien ne se passe quand je change les options:

J'ai essayé quelques commandes de configuration mais je me retrouve avec une erreur indiquant que le crtc n'est pas configurable:

$ xrandr --output DP-1-2 --mode 1920x1080
xrandr: Configure crtc 3 failed

J'ai essayé de modifier le crtc mais même problème:org.conf.d

 $ xrandr --output DP-1-2 --crtc 4 --mode 1920x1080 --pos 1366x0 --rotate normal
xrandr: Configure crtc 4 failed

J'ai vu sur le message de conseil avant de poster qu'il fallait ajouter le fichier /etc/X11/xorg.conf   mais je ne le trouve pas sur mon pc (?), j'ai juste un dossier xorg.conf.d vide.
Je ne trouve pas non plus le /var/log/Xorg.0.log

voici quelques infos sur ma carte graphique si utiles:

Pour purger les résidus de configuration marqués "rc" :

sudo apt purge ~c

comme expliqué à la machine à café, et rajouté à la fin de ce message.

Tente :

sudo apt purge nvidia*
sudo ubuntu-drivers autoinstall

Suivi d’un redémarrage.
