Au # 51, on voit le PPA kobuk-team/intel-graphics encore actif dans tes sources, avec les entrées déclarées en double dans le fichier ... ?
La procédure avec ppa-purge pour le rétrograder semble avoir echoué ?
Je ne sais s'il serait préférable d'en retenter la suppression, attends peut-être l'avis de @iznobe sur ce point.

modinfo i915sudo dmesg |grep i915clinfo -lls /etc/modprobe.d/*.confon aura des infos sur un éventuel soucis ?

As-tu un support d'installation d'Ubuntu (DVD ou clé USB) ?
Pour appliquer la procédure > amorcer_sur_cd_ubuntu#amorcage et arriver à cette étape : essayer_ubuntu_sans_rien_changer_dans_votre_ordinateur et tester la session-live.

les ro , c' est une erreur de copier coller basé sur cat /proc/cmdline ![]()
Sinon , ben justement , la commande :
sudo sed -i -e "s/quiet splash nomodeset vt.handoff=7/ quiet splash/" /etc/default/grubc' est pour remplacer " quiet splash nomodeset vt.handoff=7 " par : " quiet splash " dans le fichier /etc/default/grub .
" nomodeset " , c ' est une option qui permet de démarrer en mode graphique dégradé ( sans pilote lorsqu ' il y a soucis avec le pilote et que le mode graphique ne se lance pas ) , d ' où certainement la résolution que tu observes ![]()
l ' objectif c' était donc d ' enlever ça .

Tu peux toujours remettre l'option nomodeset, temporairement, en l'ajoutant au Grub avant le démarrage du système. Tu pourra ainsi essayer d'installer une autre version du pilote Nvidia, via le gestionnaire de pilote.
ça ( la préconisation de @inbox ) , ça se fait a l' affichage du GRUB , en appuyant sur " E " , et pas en modifiant le fichier /etc/default/grub , comme tu as fait ![]()
Et alors ,c ' est uniquement un test pour un seul démarrage . d ' ou le " temporairement " .
Au prochain , reboot , donc aprés avoir installer un pilote nvidia , si on suit la recommandation de @ inbox , l ' option nomodeset n ' est ni dans le fichier /etc/default/grub , ni prise en compte une seconde fois .
D ' ailleurs , dans le message précédent celui de @inbox , je te cite :

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash vt.handoff=7"Ou du moins enlever a tout prix " nomodeset " , si tu veux avoir un affichage a une résolution normale .

Salut,
Comme ton système démarre avec l'option nomodeset, celui ci ne charge pas les pilote propriétaires : Intel et Nvidia. L'option nomodeset ne doit pas être utilisée en permanence. Elle est utile comme dans ton cas, ou le PC comporte deux composants graphiques. Cela te permet d'installer le pilote proriétaire ainsi que Prime. Ce dernier te permet de basculer d'une carte à l'autre.
Une fois cette opération effectuée, il faut supprimer l'option nomodeset, sans oublier de mettre Grub à jour, comme indiqué dans la documentation du forum.

Alors pour résumer :
- si je ne mets pas nomeset, j'ai un écran noir au démarrage (c'est la situation initiale constatée avec la migration vers 25.10), peu importe le vt.handoff=7.
- je ne comprenais pas ta commande sed car je n'avais pas de vt.handoff=7 dans mon grub
Attention je crois que tu a mélangé deux conversations car tu m'attribue des citations d'un autre message où y a du nvidia.
