installation ne demarre pas

Bonjour,

j'ai un ubuntu qui dysfonctionne : il redémarre de façon aléatoire et intempestive. Bref j'ai voulu ré-installer.

J'ai fait une clef d'installation de Raccoon 26.04 et je n'y arrive pas. J'ai le panneau avec la possibilité d'installer et ensuite un espèce de soleil qui mouline [ je suis patiente j'ai attendu plus d'un quart d'heure et je l'ai fait plusieurs fois ] .

J'ai vérifié l'heure de ma carte mère qui est bonne et j'ai cherché sur le forum sans succès ( mais peut-être pas assez bien ) .

Bonjour,

Tu n'avais pas essayé de démarrer sur un autre noyau ?

Démarrer sur un noyau précédent

- redémarre en tapotant les touches Majuscules ou Echap
- à l'apparition du menu de grub, descends avec la flèche bas, sur la ligne :

Linux previous versions

ou

Advanced options for Ubuntu

- valide
- choisis un noyau autre que le plus récent.
- valide et laisse le pc poursuivre son démarrage.

Quand on a réussi à afficher le menu de GRUB, il faut alors aller sur la deuxième ligne (Advanced options for Ubuntu ou Options avancées pour Ubuntu en français) puis valider pour faire apparaître un sous-menu où il est alors possible de choisir une autre version de noyau.

Donne la liste des anomalies de démarrage : 

journalctl --no-pager -b -p err

les retours de :

sudo apt update

df -Thx tmpfs

les noyaux présents :

echo; dpkg -l | awk '!/^rc/ && / linux-(c|g|h|i|lo|m|si|t)/{print $1,$2,$3,$4 | "sort -k3V | column -t"}' ; echo -e "\nNoyau courant : $(uname -mr)"

d'éventuels paquets cassés :

dpkg -l | grep -v ^ii

et :

ls -l /var/crash

en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande.

Bonjour, tout d'abord toutes mes excuses pour le temps de réponse j'ai fait un formatage brutal. J'aurais bien dit ça sachant que je ne comprends pas ce que je fais et que je suis désolée pour l'ampleur du message

dpkg -l | grep -v îi

mais :

dpkg -l | grep -v ^ii

Astuce pour copier / coller sans erreur :

• triple clic gauche pour sélectionner et copier une ligne entière

• clic molette pour coller dans le terminal
