Ubuntu 26.04 - GDM3 : crash de gnome au login

Bonjour,
Depuis peu je ne peux plus me connecter en utilisant une session gnome (via SDDM): l'écran se fige dans la transition entre l'écran de login et ma session. A ce moment il ne me reste plus qu'à forcer l'extinction (impossible de passer à une session terminal).
Pas de traces dans les logs (journalctl mais j'ai peut-être mal cherché), ni dans var/crash? Si j'attends suffisament longtemps (de l'ordre de quelques heures mon ordi crash avec (erreurs copiées à la main):

J'ai testé des solutions du type: https://linuxvox.com/blog/ubuntu-login-loop/
mais réinstaller/reconfigurer gdm3, SDDM ou mes drivers Nvidia (y compris tester différentes versions) ne fonctionne pas.

Les commandes type systemctl ne donnent rien d'intéressant (peut-être que je l'utilise mal, je ne sais pas quels arguements utiliser!)
/var/crash est vide

Les problèmes les plus proches semblent être:

Il y a peut-être une solution ici mais je ne sais pas comment la tester: https://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?t=159009

Autre point particulier, la seule modification / mise à jour faite à mon ordi avant l'apparition de ce problème était l'ajout de l'extension: https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/8772/soundbar/

(les extensions incompatibles sont désactivées!)

Use 'sudo apt autoremove' to remove them.

Get another security update through Ubuntu Pro with 'esm-apps' enabled:

J'ai possiblement résolu mon problème en regardant le log que je viens de publier.
J'ai tenté 

$ gsettings reset org.gnome.shell enabled-extensions

en me basant sur un "gsettings -h" pour réinitialiser mes extensions.
Après redémarrage ma session gnome semble fonctionner (mais l'apparence à légèrement changée, donc j'ai perdu quelques configurations dans la manip et le mélange avec kubuntu a peut-être modifié mes thèmes)

Je vais tenter de retourner graduellement à l'état pré-problème, pour voir notamment si c'est bien une extension qui posait problème.

Une fois le problème bien résolu j'éditerai le titre de la conversation.

Bonsoir regarder le journal voir si c'était bien cela.
Peut être on pourra debuguer si c'était bien gnome-shell
