RESOLU feuille blanche avec brotherHL 1210W et ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS
bonjour à tous,
je suis sur ubuntu 24.04..4.LTS avec une imprimante brother 1210W depuis environ 2 ans.(branchement avec cable usb)
Tout c' est très bien passé jusqu'à ce jour ou l'imprimante me sort des feuilles blanches.
Ce n' est pas un problème mécanique car l'imprimante fonctionne avec mon i phone.

Le câble usb serait-il débranché, l'imprimante n'est pas visible au dernier pavé ?

Effectivement, l'usb n'était pas branché .Mais ce n'est pas la cause de la panne

Rien ne me semble suspect dans les retours au #5 ...
Sans garantie, on pourrait tenter de supprimer puis recréer l'imprimante via l'Interface Web de CUPS ?
1) Débrancher le câble USB de l'ordi.
2) Supprimer l'imprimante actuelle dans l'interface web de Cups.
3) Rebrancher l'imprimante
4) Essayer de la reconfigurer via l'interface web de Cups.

Ca remarche.
Mon fils a W10 pour le moment (qui va passer ubuntu dans quelques temps ) et avait aussi un problème avec cette imprimante depuis 1 ou 2 mois,
Avec son ordinateur, on a réinstallé tous les logiciels de cette imprimante et les mises à jour et elle fonctionne maintenant avec son ordinateur W10 et avec mon ordinateur ubuntu.
Ma question est :
Comment faire les mises à jour de l'imprimante Brother avec ubuntu (sans passer par W10?)
Apparemment, il n'y a pas d'application Brother sous ubuntu?
