pb installation webcam

bonjour!
j'ai essayé d'installer ma webcam qui est une APM Multimédia sur ubuntu avec easycam et easycam2 car avec les autres technique du tuto la http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/materiel ma webcam ne fait partie d'aucune liste!
donc en linstallant tout fonctionne aucun pb,easycam me dit que le pilote est bien installé et quand je vais Applications>images>visionneur de webcam camorama j'obtiens une erreur "could not connect to video device (/dev/video0).please check connection" poutant elle est bien branchée.

Moi camorama me répond toujours ça la première fois, puis je débranche et rebranche la caméra et là miracle ça marche...

et j'ai installé camorama mais j'ai toujours le même message d'erreur.ma cam et branché à un boitier avec plusieurs prises usb ,avant l'installation de camorama j'avais un voyant qui s'allumait pour dire que c'était bien connecté et je l'ai débranché/rebranché et le voyant ne s'allume plus
