[RESOLU] Problème de DNS ou APT-GET

Bonjour,
Je viens d'installer mon 1er serveur entreprise sans interface graphique.
J'ai un problème avec le apt-get : je ne peux pas l'utiliser.
Le serveur est en IP static.

J'ai ajouté dans /etc/resolv.conf

nameserver dns1 <ipDNS> 

et   dans /etc/network/interfaces

 dns-nameserver  <ipDNS>

Et d'installer le paquet resolv

mon sources.list contient :

Lecture des listes de paquets...

J'accède en http à http:// fr.archive.ubuntu.com de mon pc.
Je peux pas pinguer  fr.archive.ubuntu.com que ce soit du serveur comme du pc pour vérifier car il doit y avoir une interdiction de pinguer de notre réseau vers l'extérieur.

Que dois je faire ?
