Problème d'installation Ubuntu 12.04 sur RAID 0
Bonjour,
J'essaie de passer sous Ubuntu avec mon pc portable (VAIO). Seulement lorsque j'arrive à l'écran de création de partition, j'en ai 9 qui s'affiche. De plus, ils ont des noms qui ne me permet pas de comprendre à quoi ils correspondance.
Comme : /dev/mapper/isw_jbfjbfbfi_Volume0p5
Et je ne peux pas les supprimer.
Autre soucis, le chargeur de démarrage ne veut pas s'installer dans les répertoires proposés.
Pouvez vous m'aider à toutes les supprimées pour que je puisse créer mes propres partitions et que se soit plus propres.
J'installe Ubuntu à partir d'une clé USB. Et lorsque je boot le PC sur le disque dur, l'écran reste noir...

Bonjour
Tu dis vouloir supprimer tout ce qu'il y a actuellement sur ton portable, auquel cas tu risques de ne plus pouvoir profiter de la garantie, si ton portable est encore sous garantie.
Sur ta clé USB tu dois avoir des logiciels tels que Disk Manager et GParted. Ces logiciels te permettent de supprimer toutes tes partitions. Il faut démonter les partitions pour pouvoir les supprimer. L'interface fourni par ces logiciels est suffisamment clair pour ne pas nécessiter d'explications.
Avant de poursuivre, si tu veux des conseils plus précis, il faudrait que tu publies le résultat des commandes
sudo blkidou au moins
sudo fdisk -luou le rapport produit par le logiciel boot-repair (bien que ce logiciel soit plutôt orienté vers les systèmes GNU/Linux)

J'ai un seul disque dur et c'est du SSD.
Mais en revanche j'ai beaucoup de partitions insupprimable.
Le fait que je boot sur une clé USB peut changer quelque chose ?

Si tu as un seul disque dur, il devrait être possible de faire ce qu'Arbiel suggère dans le post #3 à savoir utiliser Gparted (Editeur de partitions qui est lançable depuis une session de ta liveUSB) pour sélectionner le disque et arriver à supprimer la totalité des partitions (créer une nouvelle table de partition >>> toutes les partitions seront supprimées)

C'est étonnant. Je n'ai qu'un seul disque dur de 512go.
Cependant, GParted affiche bien le premier disque dur (le vrai). Mais il m'affiche également 5 autres disques :
/dev/sda (119.24go)
/dev/sdb (119.24go)
/dev/sdc (119.24go)
/dev/sdd (119.24go)
/dev/sde (3.12go) Je pense que c'est la clé USB celui ci.

Essaie de faire apparaître le menu Grub s'il n’apparaît pas au démarrage (appui de la touche SHIFT au démarrage et relâchement quand le menu Grub apparaît) et sélectionne la deuxième ligne du menu puis la ligne "mode de dépannage" dans le sous-menu. Dans le menu du mode de dépannage, tu choisiras "resume" et tu devrais arriver à démarrer avec un mode d'affichage "sans échec" (faut y croire) ou tout au moins "allégé".

Justement, j'ai en fait 4 disque dur de 119go de SSD réunis en un seul. (mais ça ne fait que 476go oO). D'où le /dev/mapper/ à la place d'un classique /dev/sda/.
J'ai donc créer un volume de stockage avec ses disques et j'ai réinstallé linux en faisant confiance à la fonction : "Supprimé les données et installer linux".
Mais il n'arrive pas à finir l'installation : "Impossible d'installer GRUB dans /dev/mapper/isw_bgcfbhdadf_volumeOp1"
Je n'arrive donc pas à faire apparaître Grub :s

J'ai donc fini par trouver la solution avec ton aide.
Il fallait tout simplement désactiver la prise en charge du raid car Linux le fait déjà. Le système de la carte mère et celui de Linux entraient en conflit et ça faisait tout planté.
Je me retrouve donc bien dans la table de partitions avec mes 4 SDD que je pouvais partitionner à volonté.
Est-ce qu'il y a un moyen de passer tout l'OS en français ?

Cette fonctionnalité ne se trouve pas directement dans le BIOS. Mais il faut intervenir dans le BIOS pour afficher au démarrage la configuration du RAID.
J'ai un Sony VAIO VPCSE2C5E. Je l'ai acheté sur internet avec la configuration de Sony. Donc ce modèle n'est pas pourvue à la base de SSD. Ci dessous, la marche à suivre :
Appuyé sur F2 au démarrage pour afficher le BIOS.
Se rendre grâce aux flèches directionnelles dans l'onglet : Advanced
Aller sur : RAID Configuration
Appuyé sur entré pour modifié le statut : Hide > Show
Appuyé sur F10 pour sauvegarder et redémarrer
Appuyé sur Ctrl + i pour afficher la configuration du RAID au démarrage
Se rendre grâce aux flèche directionnelles dans l'onglet : 3. Reset Disks to Non-Raid
Appuyé sur entré : Un nouvel onglet s'ouvre.
Sélectionnez les disques monté en RAID (dans mon cas, j'ai sélectionné les 4 SDD de 119Go)
Appuyé sur entré puis Y pour valider votre choix
Appuyé sur Echap pour sortir de la configuration et redémarrer le PC
Il ne reste plus qu'a installer Linux en suivant les étapes de ce tuto : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/comme … 0_logiciel
En revanche je n'ai pu installer l'OS que sur un seul disque. Gparted reconnait les 3 autres mais leur espace n'est pas alloué. Une solution pour palier au problème ?
