Tu as un driver vraiment Libre : iwl3945.

ipw3945 118816 1
ieee80211 34760 1 ipw3945
Donc il s'en sert non ?
EDIT : l'installation bloque à partir de
DIR=$(sed -ne "s:^FIRMWARE_DIR=\([^, ]*\).*:\1:p" \
/etc/hotplug/firmware.agent)
cela me marque
DIR=$(sed -ne "s:^FIRMWARE_DIR=\([^, ]*\).*:\1:p" \
/etc/hotplug/firmware.agent)

[ 22.040000] ipw3945: Radio Frequency Kill Switch is On:
[ 22.040000] Kill switch must be turned off for wireless networking to work.

)

Si tu as bien les restricted modules d'installés, tu as le microcode.

http://rapidshare.com/files/36674016/ipw3945.ucode.html
