Bonjour
Je n'arrive pas à faire la mise à jour vers gutsy, un message d'erreur s'affiche à chaque fois:
Getting upgrade prerequisites failed

The system was unable to get the prerequisites for the upgrade. The upgrade will abort now and restore the original system state.

Please report this as a bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ in the bugreport.

Echec dans la récupération des pré-requis de mise à jour

Le système a été incapable de trouver les pré-requis à la mise à jour. La mise a jour va s'interrompre maintenant et restaurer l'état système d'origine.  [avant mise à jour donc]
Veuillez reporter cela en tant que Bug du paquet "update-manager" en incluant les fichier dans /var log/dist-upgrade/ dans le rapport de bug."

En gros, le dist-upgrade a des pré-requis (cf la doc) qui ne sont pas satisfaits. Mettez bien votre distribution à jour avant de tenter de passer à Gutsy.

Il dit quoi d'ailleurs le log de dist upgrade ?

tient dans le main.log j'ai cette erreur moi :
ERROR Dist-upgrade failed: 'E:Impossible de corriger les
problèmes, des paquets défecteux sont en mode « garder en l'état ».'

Pour ma part, je suis passé le CD alternate de Gusty Gibbon, parce la mise à jour des dépots n'arrivent pas à se faire, je pense à cause de la saturation de serveur. Je pensais qu'avec ce CD, je pourrais faire une mise à jour tranquillement, mais non.

A partir du CD Alternate, j'ai le même problème : /var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log m'indique :

problèmes, des paquets défecteux sont en mode « garder en l'état ».

Je vois qu'on est beaucoup dans ce cas ... Des idées ? Des solutions ?
Je n'ai pas trouvé de paquets défectueux ou cassés ...

Mouai... janpiro, il me semble bien que c'est effectivement un problèle de connexion. Les serveurs doivent être vraiment trop saturé. Je viens de changer le serveur de mes dépots, j'ai utilisé celui de free (ftp://ftp.free.fr/mirrors/ftp.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/), mais le problème reste le même...

j'avais le même problème sur tous les serveurs.
J'ai changé la langue dans le language-selector en espangol, relancé gnome et tout se passe bien depuis.

Bon, ba moi, à force d'insister, ça a marché... J'ai simplement mis le serveur de free dans me dépots, fait les mises à jours, et refait la manipulation pour passer à Gusty en ligne plusieurs fois, en laissant le programme tourné, même quand il semblait ne plus rien pouvoir faire.
Le seul souci c'est que je ne vais pas pouvoir laisser la mise à jour se faire aujourd'hui (il indique plus de 4heures, ma connection est trop lente... ), car je n'ai plus le temps. Ce sera pour plus tard!

Je ne suis pas sûr que tu puisse faire la mise à jour avec le CD "normal", il faut la version "alternate". Avec cette version,dès que tu mets le CD dans le lecteur, il te propose automatique de faire la mise à jour.

Use this method if the system being upgraded is not connected to the Internet.

   1. Download and burn the alternate installation CD.
   2. Insert it into your CD-ROM drive.
   3. A dialog will be displayed offering you the opportunity to upgrade using that CD.
   4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

If the upgrade dialog is not displayed for any reason, you may also run the following command using Alt+F2:

gksu "sh /cdrom/cdromupgrade"

Bonsoir,
J'ai essayé l'upgrade depuis le CD ALternate, mais rien ne se passe lorsque j'insère le CD, et si je lance la commande proposée dans la doc (gksu "sh /cdrom/cdromupgrade") rien ne se passe non plus, pas d'erreur affichée. de plus le chemin me paraît curieux, je n'ai pas de /cdrom comme chemin.
Bien sûr j'ai essayé avec le bon chemin vers le CD mais pareil!!!

N'oubliez pas que dans Synaptic on a la possibilité de choisir le meilleur serveur. (Menu Dépot, dans le menu défilant choisir alors "autre" et on a un bouton "choisir le meilleur serveur"). Dans mon expérience, ça sélectionne en effet le serveur le plus rapid.

moi il l'a fait l'upgrade...je regrette...maintenant j'ai plus d'ubuntu ^^'
je sais pas comment corriger le tir ^^'

La c sur que le serveur ne sera pas surchargé

au bout de deux jours la mise jour a fonctionner et tout c'est bien passer, il faut juste être un peut patient, cause serveurs surchargés
