Le téléchargement des informations du dépôt a échoué
Bonjour ou Bonsoir,
Je rencontre un problème depuis un moment, je n'arrive plus a télécharger quoi que ce soit ni a travers un logiciel ni a travers la logithèque ni avec le terminal.
J'ai tenté de m'orienter d'abord vers les discutions autour de ce problème, j'ai fait les updates et pleins d'autres choses mais rien ne marche, en tout cas ça ne résous pas mon problème.
Maintenant quand j'essaie de télécharger sur la logithèque il me dit "Le téléchargement des informations du dépôt a échoué" et avec les autres intermédiaires c'est pareil.
Pouvez vous m'aider à trouver une solution s'il vous plaît ?

Je regarde ma boule de cristal.... Et m..., je ne vois rien..
Si tu ne donnes pas un minimum de précisions,....
et avec les autres intermédiaires c'est pareil.

Je précise que je suis novice sur ubuntu.. mais je me débrouille d'habitude..
j'ai sûrement du essayer d'autre trucs mais je ne me rappel plus ou j'ai trouvé les codes pour le terminal donc je ne peut pas vous les transmettre désolé... =/

quand je parle d’intermédiaires c'est par exemple 4K youtube to mp3 ou quand je télécharge le paquet directement.. et ça dit erreur lors du téléchargement

La réponse est dans cette page : la version 12.10 (quantal) est obsolète : les dépôts ne sont pas plus en ligne.
Il faut passer sur une version encore supportée.
- 12.04 (LTS)
- 14.04 (LTS)
- 14.10 (non LTS) : déconseillée sauf si obligation.

D’accord, j'avoue que ce n'est pas moi qui ai installé ubuntu sur mon ordinateur... Y a t'il un moyen simple de passer a une nouvelle version via clé usb ? (j'ai essayé mais je doit oublier un élément pour que ça marche car ça ne fonctionne pas) =/

Salut,
Le plus simple est de procéder à une réinstallation de ton système.
Le problème est que tu ne peux pas effectuer un downgrade vers la version antérieure Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. De plus, tu ne peux pas non plus effectuer une mise à niveau de Ubuntu 12.10 vers directement une version ultérieure toujours soutenue (que ce soit Ubuntu 14.04 LTS ou 14.10) ; la mise à niveau implique une succession de mises à niveau 12.10 --> 13.04 --> 13.10 --> 14.04 LTS, et dans cette chaîne, toutes les versions ne sont plus soutenues (donc les dépôts ont été désactivés et sont inaccessibles).
Du coup, il est sans doute plus avantageux, pour ta situation, de réinstaller ton système à neuf avec une version d'Ubuntu toujours maintenue.
Et, encore une fois pour ta situation, puisque tu ne sembles pas être intéressé à effectuer une mise à niveau de ton OS à tous les 9 mois, je te conseille de rester sur une version LTS, où des mises à niveau te seront proposées uniquement aux 2 ans.
