[non résolu]HP laserjet 1018 n'est plus reconnue

bonjour,
j'ai déjà fait l'installation de mon imprimante des dizaines de fois et là, ça ne fonctionne plus.
Je ne comprends pas ce qui ne fonctionne pas, j'ai tenté l'installation de HPlip3.15.6 par le terminal en
suivant les instructions d'installation mais le terminal n'accepte pas mon mot de passe et je suis certain de celui-ci.
Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider?

bonjour
votre clavier ne serait pas passer en Qwerty et si votre mot de passe comprend des nombre essayer avec ceux du haut du clavier (le verrouillage numérique est peut-être défectueux ?)

tout de suite au démarrage , vous vous lancer en console avec CTRL +ALT +F 1 (voir la doc lien ci dessus )
puis la commande indiquée sans le sudo devant puisque vous n'avez plus de mot de passe fonctionnel

Alors essayer de remettre votre mot de passe

c'est quand même bizarre, au démarage mon mot de passe est demandé et accepté idem pour l'installation de programmes.
J'ai essayé les autres manipulations, rien à faire.

j'ai essayé la procédure de désinstallation mais ça foire à cause du problème de mot de passe.
Hp toolbox , je l'ai désinstallé puis réinstallé mais il ne démarre plus sad   et de toute façon il ne détectait plus mon imprimante, d'où
ma demande d'aide.
J'ai d'abords cru à un problème de connection de cable usb mais j'ai testé l'imprimante sur un pc windows sans problème.

Ça c'est passé comment ,a la suite d'une mise a niveau genre 12.04 vers 14.04 ou comme ça d'un coup ?
Dans Cups voyez vous votre imprimante ?

Si vous lancez cette commande ,votre mot de passe est-il reconnu ?

bonjour poulou et alca,
losque je lis cette commande
su -c "make install" je me dis que le problème vient de "su" qui n'est pas utilisable de base avec ubuntu un peut comme sudo avec debian ou il faut se rajouter dans le groupe utilisateur du moins je pense ... enfin
pour faire ce que la commande veut te faire faire il faudrait plutôt que tu rentre cette commande:

sudo make install

ce qui reviendra au même .
si cela ne marche pas alors pour être sur que ce n'est pas une histoire de droit utilisateur, peut tu nous donner les infos de la commande :

groups

alca94, je n'ai pas fait de mise à jour, j'ai fait une installation complète de 14.04
mon mot de passe est reconnu pour sudo apt-get update.
Pour cups voici 2 printscreen
1018
1018-2
sudo make install  n'a pas eu plus de succès que les autres commandes.

Essayer d'installer ça puis de voir si vous pouvez ajouter l'imprimante dans vos paramètres admin

configurer les imprimantes est déjà dans mes droits admin, je viens de vérifier.

j’étais absent toute la journée et ne serait pas dispo ce soir

sudo make install  n'a pas eu plus de succès que les autres commandes.

c'est a dire ? quel était le message que t'as renvoyé le terminal ?
pour nous aider à cerner le problème il nous faut le plus d'infos possible car nous ne sommes pas devant ton écran

pour avoir des infos complémentaire sur ta machine et sur la cause possible de tes pepins,donne nous les résultats commandes suivante:
le système installé :

cat /etc/os-release
uname -m

pour savoir si tu as hplip d'installé :

dpkg -l | grep hplip

pour savoir quelle est la version dans les dépôts :

apt-cache policy hplip

pour savoir si le problème vient de la fiche usb de l'ordinateur sous ubuntu ( j'en doute mais sait on jammais)

lsusb

pour savoir si l'imprimante est reconnu par le logiciel d'hp :

hp-probe

Comment se fait-il que HPLIP toolbox ne démarre plus?

pour cette question donne le retour de la commande incluant le message d'erreur si il y a :

hp-toolbox

si tu nous donne le retour de toutes les commandes listé plus haut , et en particulier les messages d'erreur lorsque les commandes ne marchent pas , nous pourrons sûrement éliminer des hypothèses et qui sait trouver la solution ou au moins  savoir dans quelle direction chercher .

pas de problème pour les délais, en attendant je peux toujours imprimer avec un autre ordi.Merci pour l'aide.

nous dit le contraire ...

je suppute un conflit entre la version installé (3.14) avec la version que tu as commencé d'installé (3.15) mais pas terminé ....
avant d'aller plus loin 

dpkg --status  hplip

ensuite je pense que le plus simple sera de tenter d'installer hplip 3.15 via l'installateur automatique d'hp
pour cela donne moi le retour de cette commande :

ls ~/Bureaublad/hplip-3.15.6

afin de verifier que l'installateur est bien présent dans le hplip que tu as téléchargé .

le plus simple c'est de telecharger directement l'installateur automatique trouvable ici :
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/projec … rror=cznic
ensuite rend toi dans ton dossier de téléchargement avec la commande cd
si ton ubuntu est francais alors c'est cd ~/télérchargements  si il est en hollandais je ne sais pas peut être cd ~/Downloads
enfin quoi qu'il en soit une fois que tu y es ,
tu lance le script avce la commande

sh hplip-3.15.6.run

ca devrait resouidre ton probleme.
(donne le retour de la commande pour etre certains que l'installation s'est passe sans encombre wink

okay l'installateur automatique n'y était donc pas
il faut donc compiler ce qui a déjà échoué 
donc télécharge l'installateur  comme indiqué dans le message #22 et laisse toi guider
