Disque USB... j'ai tout cassé :$

Bonjour,

A Noël, j'avais reçu un super petit disque dur USB 160Go Seagate Free Agent Go. Je l'avais branché sur mon Ubuntu, mais impossible d'écrire dessus car c'était en NTFS et je n'avais pas installé ce qu'il faut. Sauf que ça je l'ai compris après... :]
Donc je me suis dis, pas grave, je vais éditer les options de montage et le mettre en écriture et pas lecture only. J'ai donc fais ça à ma sauce via l'outil graphique de Gnome (modifier options de montage). Débranché, rebranché, et pouf, plus de disque !
J'ai cherché en vain le fichier où étaient ces paramètres, même en recherchant avec le nom du disque ou la ligne que j'avais mis (je ne m'en souviens plus), et impossible à trouver.

Depuis j'ai installé ntfs-3g et coché les options, mais je suis toujours coincée avec ce disque qui ne s'affiche pas sad ! Depuis j'ai du tricher et l'utiliser sous Windows (je suis en dual boot) pour faire mes sauvegardes, car je n'avais pas le temps de m'en occuper. Maintenant, j'en ai un peu, et j'aimerais bien règler ce petit souci, si vous avez une idée de comment faire ?

D'ailleurs bizarrement, sur mon portable en Dual boot aussi, sur lequel j'ai d'abord commencé par installer ntfs-3g, ça ne marche pas non plus... A croire que la config est sauvé sur le disque spécialement pour ubuntu... ?!

Ah et sinon je suis toujours sous Feisty, et mon portable, je crois sous la dernière d'Octobre (mais je ne l'ai pas sous la main pour vérifier).

Comme la commande dmesg donnait un message je l'ai mis en pipe dans un fichier text pour tout récupérer, c'est assez énorme : (je l'ai fais après avoir débranché/rebranché, sur de nouveaux ports USB -il a deux câbles- un alim USB un data USB)

Je viens de voir pour lsusb...

Bein, le processus ne se termine pas... La console ne me redonne pas la main... Je dois quitter la console pour l'arrêter. Et dans une autre avec ps -A je le vois tourner tant que je ne kill pas la console...

Une hypothèse c' est qu' effectivement il ne reconnait pas le NTFS. Apparament il ne se charge pas... Il manque surement quelque chose mais là ça dépasse mes compétences.

Snif hmm! Pourtant il arrivait à le _lire_ correctement à Noël, et depuis j'ai installé ntfs 3g et coché les deux cases...

Je ne me souviens plus à vrai dire, ça fait presque trois mois...

Effectivement le problème tout bête c'est que je n'avais pas ntfs-3g, mais j'ai bidouillé croyant bien faire, inventant ma ligne de "mount", et depuis je ne sais pas où éditer mes bétises sad... Mais mon pc portable n'arrive pas à le voir non plus alors que je n'ai rien fait dessus par contre !

Peut etre à l' origine un problème de droit en ecriture, mais ceux ne sont que des hypothèses. Si personne d' autre a une idée, tu peux toujours retirer ntfs-3g et voir le message d' erreur.
