Le son ne fonctionne plus et grésillement
Bonjour à tous,
Le sons grésille et crachote horriblement de manière continue sur mes baffles, et aucun autre son -d'un logiciel ou d'internet- ne fonctionne.
Ce sons des baffles classiques, connectés à la prise jack derrière (celle de devant ne marche pas non plus).
Bizarrement, c'est arrivé arrivés lorsque j'ai inséré une carte wifi sur la carte mère. Je ne sais pas s'il y a un lien...
J'ai retiré la carte wifi, remis le câble internet, rallumé le pc, essayé plusieurs réglages dans le menu "son" et "gnome alsa mixer", mais rien n'y fait.
J'ai un peu écumé le forum, lu les pages proposées dans le topic dédié aux problèmes de son, mais sans trouver de solution.
Je m'arrache un peu les cheveux et ce grésillement commence à me rendre fou! :s

Bonsoir,
Oui, j'ai une idée...le wifi provoque des interférences et des parasites, c'est la raison. Sont-ce des HP professionnels avec amplification interne? Il n'est pas recommandé d'utiliser des HP de chaîne hifi sur l'ordinateur, pour information.

Oui, mais Jole69 dit qu'il a retiré sa carte wufi ; d'autre part, j'ai le même problème depuis la mise à jour hasardeuse de lib. J'avais essayé avec une carte wifi pour voir si ça ne venait pas de la carte mère.Le manque de son est sur les 3 ubuntu et kubuntu dont je dispose ; je penserais plus à un problème de Bios, mais je ne trouve rien.

Pour ma part, je crois que je vais essayer de restaurer les valeurs par défault du Bios ; s'il n'y a pas un interrupteur caché quelque part sur la CM ; si ça ne marche pas, je crains beaucoup pour le module son (rien ni en sortie AC97 standard, ni en HDMI)
