Problème lors de la mise à jour d'ubuntu 14.04 LTS vers 16.04
Bonjour à tous,
Je vous écris à propos d'un problème très exceptionnel. Il y a environ 1 mois de cela, j'ai installé ubuntu 14.04 LTS en suivant les recommandations donné sur le site. Tout fonctionnait très bien et hier, l'ordinateur me proposais de faire une mise à jour vers la version 16.04.
Alors j'accepte et je laisse l'ordinateur faire ce qu'il a faire mais à un moment donné, il y a eu une coupure de courant et l'ordinateur étant branché sur le secteur s'est aussi éteint.
Le problème est que quand j'ai rallumé l'ordinateur, je ne voyais qu'un écran noir avec une suite de commande mais la suite de commande est restée figer pendant des heures et ne rien d'autre ne se passe.

Avec cette interruption de l'installation, je pense que tout est cassé et qu'il n'y a d'autre solution qu'une réinstallation complète.

Oui le "risque" existe toujours puisque l'erreur est humaine. Cependant, si tu réinstalles 16.04.1 en utilisant la bonne procédure comme magali3123 dans cette discussion, tu devrais conserver tes données personnelles. En t'inspirant de ce fil de magali3123, je te propose de donner l'URL de ton Boot-Info quand tu en seras là. Je pourrai alors te conseiller en fonction de ce que je verrai dans le Boot-Info.

Bonjour, désolé cela fait un moment que je n'ai plus donner signe de vie car j'ai été en déplacement sans mon ordinateur.
J'ai démarré mon ordinateur sur un DVD, et choisi Essayer Ubuntu
Tout marche bien sauf que je n'arrive pas à connecter mon ordi au wifi de la maison, pourtant le mot de passe est correcte mais impossible de se connecter pour installer le logiciel Boot-info.

On voit bien une anomalie : les noyaux qui apparaissent dans la partie "sda1/boot/grub/grub.cfg" du Boot-Info sont tous des noyaux de la famille 4.2.0-x de Ubuntu 14.04 : on ne voit pas de noyaux de Ubuntu 16.04 (de la famille 4.4.0-x). La coupure de courant que tu as évoquée dans le post #1 doit expliquer cette anomalie.
Je te suggère de faire une réinstallation de Ubuntu 16.04 suivant la Méthode 1 – Réinstaller tout le système sans toucher au «/home»
