inspirion 15-3552 passage de 14.04 à 16.04 lts difficile
Bonjour,
https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=1989715,
au boot sur usb live 16.04 : the installer encoutered an recoverable error
system program problem detected

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda3, using the following options: sda1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s use-standard-efi-file rename-ms-efi
=================== Blockers in case of suggested repair
The current session is in Legacy mode. Please reboot the computer, and use this software in an EFI session. This will enable this feature. For example, use a live-USB of Boot-Repair-Disk-64bit (www.sourceforge.net/p/boot-repair-cd), after making sure your BIOS is set up to boot USB in EFI mode.
=================== Advice in case of suggested repair
The boot of your PC is in Legacy mode. You may want to retry after changing it to EFI mode.
Alternatively, you may want to retry after deactivating the [Separate /boot/efi partition:] option.
Do you want to continue?
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
Please do not forget to make your BIOS boot on sda1/efi/.../grub*.efi file!
The boot of your PC is in Legacy mode. You may want to retry after changing it to EFI mode.
=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

the installer encountered an unrecoverable error. A desktop cession will now be run so that you may investigate the problem or try installing again.

Bonjour Malbo
14.04 oui bien sur
je vais reessayer dans la foulée.
j'ai essayé gparted pour voir,
il m'indique
the drive descriptor says the physical block size is 2048 bytes, but linux says it is 512

=================== UEFI/Legacy mode:
BIOS is EFI-compatible, but it is not setup in EFI-mode for this live-session.

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub2 of sda1 into the MBR of sda.
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
(http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/partition_boot)
=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

radeon.modeset=0 nouveau.modeset=0 i915.disable_power_well=0 video.use_native_backlight=1
