hdd disparu

Bonjour,j'ai un portable asus avec un ssd de 250ga et un hdd de 3000ga, le hdd a disparu il n'apparait pas dans gparted,je ne vois que le ssd,que faire?

je vois ceci dans le rapport :

une solution vue sur le forum pour ce type d'erreur (ou presque) :

nettoyer les contacts sata du disque en question.
voir essayer avec un autre cable.

à moins qu'un spécialiste est une meilleure idée (avant de faire démonter le PC de notre ami) ?

bonjour,j'ai nettoyer le cable sata et rebrancherça n'a rien changer!comme j'ai ouvert mon portable j'ai trouvé le dd chaud et il me semble qu'il tournait!j'ai 2 logements pour dd et j'ai opté pour un ssd ou est installé mon ubuntu 16.04 ,je me sert du dden panne que pour stocker mes docs photos et autre videos.Récemment il mets beaucoup plus de temps pour s'ouvrir !il faut que j'achete un cable sata pour voir si ça viens de là.

as-tu moyen de brancher le disque sur un autre PC ?

avec par exemple un adaptateur sata USB ou bien en interne.
au vu des erreurs, j'ai quand même bien peur que le disque soit mort. sad

sur mon adaptateur j'ai 2 leds,une power qui s'allume et une autre :access qui ne s'allume pas,le dd n'est pas reconnu sur l'autre ordi!

Sans adaptateur, fais voir les données smart du disque.
En session live :
a) Installer l'utilitaire :

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends smartmontools

b) Repérer la lettre X exacte attribuée au disque /dev/sdX (elle peut changer entre deux branchements ou démarrages !) :

sudo parted -l

(c'est un L minuscule).

c) Lire les données SMART :
en remplaçant X par la lettre trouvée précédemment, faire sans ajouter de chiffre :

sudo smartctl -q noserial -s on -a /dev/sdX

et en donner le retour complet et entre balises-code.

@moko : en l'état, le disque n'apparait pas du tout, comment notre ami va pouvoir faire un rapport smart ?

Mince, tu as raison ! Je rectifie donc :
Tenter via adaptateur
Et si ça ne suffit pas, appliquer le #9 mais sur une autre machine, de façon à court-circuiter les problèmes d'adaptateur et ceux liés à la 1ère bécane.
