Ubuntu se bloque

Bonsoir à tous ! smile
J'ai récemment installé définitivement Ubuntu 16.04 (après l'avoir eu en dual-boot avec Windows).
Or, depuis hier, parfois, quand je regarde une vidéo, utilise Skype, ou joue à Team Fortress 2, l'ordi se bloque. Je ne peux plus rien faire, pas même bouger la souris, tout est figé. Seul le son est encore audible (par exemple si ça se fige lorsque j'étais en pleine discussion par micro avec un ami sur Skype, je continue de l'entendre et réciproquement, mais tout le reste est bloqué).
Sauriez-vous à quoi cela est dû et comment résoudre ce problème ? Car à chaque fois je me retrouve obligé d'éteindre sauvagement l'ordi en maintenant mon doigt sur le bouton Marche-Arrêt, ce qui je devine n'est certainement pas bon pour sa santé. smile

Et, plutôt que l'extinction mécanique forcée qui détériore les composants, il faut préférer les touches_magiques.
Concrètement, pour redémarrer:
